Crystal Palace vs Liverpool – Monday

It was a solid start to the season for both of these teams, as they both managed to pick up the win in the opening week. Palace opened with a 2-0 win over EPL new boys Fulham, while Liverpool looked as though they are going to be an offensive force once again in a resounding 4-0 win over West Ham in their opener. This Liverpool team may actually prove to be the team that gives the champions a run for their money this season, assuming that they can tighten things up at the back. I like the Reds to go on the road and get the win here quite comfortably. Score Prediction: Crystal Palace 1 – Liverpool 3

LA Galaxy vs LAFC – Friday

The Major League Soccer season is heading into the home stretch, with the playoffs drawing ever nearer. Week 26 opens with the LA Derby, a match-up that has proven to be incredibly entertaining, with the previous meetings between these two delivering goals aplenty. Both teams are currently sitting in a playoff spot in the Western Conference, although the Galaxy is near the line and have played a few extra games than the chasing pack. Probably a bigger need for a win for them in this one, but I think we are going to see a high scoring stalemate. Score Prediction: LA Galaxy 3 – LAFC 3

Arsenal vs West Ham – Saturday

It’s still very early in the new season, but both of these teams could really do with a win. The Hammers spent some money in the offseason and made a managerial change in hopes of getting a reversal of fortunes, but they are 0-2 to start the season, scoring just once and giving up 6 goals in those games. Arsenal is the Soccer Betting favorite against West Ham. Arsenal is also winless under their new regime, although in farness to the Gunners, they started out the season with games against Manchester City and Chelsea. This is a chance for Arsenal to break the goose egg, which I think they do. Score Prediction: Arsenal 3 – West Ham 1

Juventus vs Lazio – Saturday

The defending Serie A champions saw their season get off to a winning start, as Juventus ran out 3-2 winners against Verona in the opening week of the season. It was probably a little closer than most expected, but winning away from home is never easy. Ronaldo failed to score, so look for him to correct that this weekend in front of his new home fans. Lazio saw their season get off to a rocky start with a 2-1 loss to Napoli at home, and things don’t get much easier for them this week. This should be a win for Juventus, and I also like CR7 to get off the mark this weekend. Score Prediction: Juventus 2 – Lazio 0
