Crystal Palace vs Liverpool – Monday
It was a solid start to the season for both of these teams, as they both managed to pick up the win in the opening week. Palace opened with a 2-0 win over EPL new boys Fulham, while Liverpool looked as though they are going to be an offensive force once again in a resounding 4-0 win over West Ham in their opener. This Liverpool team may actually prove to be the team that gives the champions a run for their money this season, assuming that they can tighten things up at the back. The Major League Soccer season is heading into the home stretch, with the playoffs drawing ever nearer. Week 26 opens with the LA Derby, a match-up that has proven to be incredibly entertaining, with the previous meetings between these two delivering goals aplenty. Both teams are currently sitting in a playoff spot in the Western Conference, although the Galaxy is near the line and have played a few extra games than the chasing pack.
