These two have drawn in their last couple of head-to-head matches. Bochum is a quality soccer team. Mainz has already shown they’re better this season than last season. The draw is a good play. Hoffenheim is back to blasting lesser opponents. On Aug. 14, the home team dominated Augsburg 4-0. Berlin’s draw with Leverkusen was nice. But Hoffenheim figures to stay hot since this happens on their pitch.

- When: Sunday, Aug. 22
Although Bayern should win this, they’re unplayable on both the moneyline and handicap. Bayern’s 3-1 beating of Dortmund in their last was nice. It’s not as nice as Cologne’s 4-match winning streak. Backing Cologne on the moneyline is asking too much. Cologne forcing a draw isn’t.
