Does Juventus offer overlay or underlay odds to win the Serie A title?

Massimiliano Allegri, who won 11 championships with Juventus, returns as the manager and head coach. Allegri’s teams depended on tight defense and a quick strike offense.

Last season’s manager, Andrea Pirlo, failed to extend Juventus’ streak of 9 consecutive Serie A titles. But Pirlo made a fantastic move in Juventus’ final Serie A match to ensure a Champions League berth. By benching Ronaldo, Pirlo made the move that allowed Juvy to beat Napoli.

Allegri goes to a squad with a 36-year-old Ronaldo. He must immediately make a decision. Does he lean on young Federico Chiesa, who was brilliant for Italy in the Azzuri’s EURO 2020 victory, or does he strategize around Ronaldo?

The decision could determine Juventus’ fate. Ronaldo has never played the defense first Juvy style that Allegri prefers. The answer to the question is so massive that those wanting to back Juventus should probably wait until Juvy decides if they will transfer Ronaldo.

Do the odds on Inter Milan and Atlanta make either an underlay or overlay?

Inter, like most European League soccer teams, has financial issues to deal with. COVID hit almost every UEFA squad hard. Internazionali got hit harder than most.

But if Inter keeps a couple of players, they should be okay. Belgian Romelu Lukaku remains one of the top strikers in the world. Argentinian Lautaro Martinez should only get better. Martinez currently wears 10 for IM.

If Inter Milan doesn’t lose too much, they’re a much better play at +200 than Juventus is at +120.

Atalanta is a decent play at +500. The team has talent. Also, there are plenty of questions surrounding both Inter and Juventus to warrant a look.

Among Napoli, AC Milan, Lazio, and AS Roma, which team offers the fairest the odds to win the Italy Serie A Championship?

Should Juventus and Inter Milan falter, Napoli, Lazio, and AS Roma all will have a shot. But the team to consider backing today is AC Milan.

Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, one of the best in the world, bolted to Paris Saint-Germain, which is one of the reasons AC’s odds are at +1800.

But Milan added Olivier Giroud and Brahim Diaz already. They could make plenty of more moves before the end of the transfer window. So keep an eye on AC.

Is there any team at +15000 odds or higher that deserves a look to win Serie A this season?

Sassuolo, Sampdoria, and Fiorentina showed signs last season. But all three would need help to win the Italy Serie A title.

Still, at the odds, all three are worth a look. If you like to back an underdog and root for them for the season, why not? But if you want to bet more money for a live contender, consider AC Milan the best underdog play and either Atalanta or Inter Milan the top contender play.
