Why Bet On The Tennessee Titans?
Why should you bet on the Titans in this NFL Week 3 divisional battle? The best reasons is because the Titans won both of last season’s two meetings and they’ve got plenty of motivation seeing as how this is a divisional showdown. Tennessee managed to get past Houston 20-17 on Sunday one week after losing at Miami 27-20 in their regular season opener. Ryan Succop kicked a 31-yard field goal with one minute remaining in regulation to lift the Titans to victory as Marcus Mariota sat out with an elbow injury.
“It’s a huge win,” Titans quarterback Blaine Gabbert said. “Getting Vrabes his first win as a head coach was awesome. And this team had a lot of adversity throughout the week. The guys fought their way to this win. I’m just extremely proud of those guys.”
Gabbert, starting for his fourth different NFL team, threw for 117 yards and a touchdown.

Why Bet On The Jacksonville Jaguars?
Why should you bet on the Jaguars as a slightly less than touchdown home favorite? Well, there are a bunch of reasons. First of all, Jacksonville is playing at home. Next, they have revenge on their minds after losing to Tennessee twice last season. Last but not least, the Jags are simply the better team on both sides of the ball.
The Jaguars kept it simple in their 20-15 season-opening win over the Giants two weeks ago, but they looked fantastic in their 31-20 win over New England this past weekend as oft-maligned quarterback Blake Bortles tossed four TD passes against the Pats.
“Every week is about us,” Jaguars All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey said. “We feel like if we’re at the top of our game, we can’t be beat. They were our opponents, so that’s what we prepared for.”

Expert Analysis and Prediction for Titans at Jaguars
I don’t see any sense in beating around the bush seeing as how I’m fully expecting Jacksonville to beat the hell out of Tennessee in this Week 3 divisional rivalry. Again, Jacksonville is elite on both sides of the ball after finishing in the top five last season in both, scoring and points allowed. Tennessee is still clearly a work in progress under first-time head coach Mike Vrabel.
The Jaguars are 4-0 ATS in their last four games and the favorite in this AFC South division rivalry has gone 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. I’m going with the Jags to shut down Marcus Mariota and Tennessee’s offense to get the win in this one!
