Gonzalez has won 24. He’s won 14 via TKO or KO. The favorites does have 3 losses and he’s lost 2-of-3. Both losses were against championship level fighters.
The first came against Shakur Stevenson. The second was versus Emanuel Navarrete. Santisima is a good boxer, but he hasn’t come close to facing a fighter like Joet Gonzalez.

Jose Pedraza has a sterling 29-3 record with 14 knockout or technical knockout wins. The underdogs’ last loss happened back in 2019 against well-regarded Jose Zepeda.
Pedraza also lasted 12 round with Vasyl Lomachenko. So we know he can box. But on Friday night, Pedraza faces a tough customer in Jose Carlos Ramirez.
26-1 with 17 knockouts, Ramirez wants to prove his loss to Josh Taylor was a fluke. He should handle Pedraza.

On Saturday, Lara takes on a skilled boxer in Emilio Sanchez. The underdog has won 12 bouts via TKO or KO. Sanchez has a 19-1 record. The odds difference appear to be based on how well Lara fought against Warrington. But, maybe, Warrington is overrated. Taking a shot on Sanchez to pull off the upset win makes sense.

34-year-old Juan Carlos Burgos has built a respectable 34-6-2 record. He’s won 21 fights via technical knockout or knockout.
But Burgos enters this on the downswing of his career. JCB has lost 4-of-5. It feels as if Juan Carlos will box on Saturday night for a paycheck and nothing more.
Angel Fierro is 19-1-1 with 15 knockout victories. Although it won’t be easy, Fierro could KO Burgos. So look for a knockout prop if you want better odds than the -650.

Julio Cesar Martinez +120 vs Roman Gonzalez -140 | Boxing on DAZN
Martinez versus Gonzalez could be one of the year’s best fights. Both have terrific records and both throw down.
Gonzalez has won 50 fights, lost 3, and knocked out 41 of his opponents. Chocalito lost his last to fellow warrior Juan Francisco Estrada via split-decision.
Martinez has an 18-1 record with 14 TKO or KO victories. This is a tough fight to handicap, but in his last, Martinez suffered a knockdown in the first round.
Gonzalez doesn’t stop. Eventually, he’ll get to Martinez. Go with the chalk.
