Top 2021 WNBA Matches to Bet On This Week

The WNBA does not have its teams play every day because if it did, the 34-game slate would fly by and be done within a few months. Things are spaced out, and so the stars can rest a bit extra between contests in the summer.

The league has raged on, and there has been endless excitement surrounding it. They are breaking viewing records now. And so, let’s look at a few games on Tuesday’s slate that might be worth throwing money on against their WNBA odds.

WNBA Games: Top best betting value

Sparks Over Fever

Both Indiana and L.A. have been very disappointing thus far, but one more so than the other. Indiana has only five wins on the year against 19 losses. Sure, they will draft high next year, but for now, all they are doing is taking L after L. There isn’t much positivity around here, and few words can soothe the situation.

L.A. isn’t much better at 10-16, but that is still 2X as many wins as their opponent. Nneka Ogwumike has been having a decent, if unimpressive, year. Kristi Tolliver hasn’t been able to add much to the squad, though. She isn’t being aggressive and is playing a much smaller role than we had become accustomed to.

Look for Erica Wheeler to have a big performance to lift the Sparks to win #11. The playoffs are still within reach.

Lynx over Liberty

Watching a healthy Sabrina Ionescu has been a lot of fun in 2021. The team went 2-20 in the bubble, but they are now 11-16 this season. Sabrina is averaging 11-6-6 as she figures out her shot in the pro game. They have some terrific scorers on hand, and that also helps with the assist total.

But they are outmatched against a team like the Lynx. Napheesa Collier is poised to dominate. She and Sylvia Fowles have been playing well all season long and will be able to likely continue that against a Liberty team that could struggle defensively. Kayla McBride will also be raining in all the threes.

This is not a great matchup for NY, and Minnesota knows this. They will come away victorious.

Sun over Mystics

Connecticut making the WNBA Finals is seeming more and more likely by the week. They now sit at 20-6 and have continued to make the wins come in, led by Jonquel Jones. As for the Mystics, Tina Charles hasn’t gotten too much help in 2021.

Charles is scoring an impressive 25.4 points per game and shooting 46% from the floor. She is also averaging better than nine rebounds and two assists, showing she can do a bit of everything. Ariel Atkins has been pretty good, with 15 a night.

The big issue is that Elena Delle Donne has only three games played. Can she get back and in time?

On the other end, Jones has been one of the best players in the league. And, the surrounding players all do their job night after night. There is not a doubt here that the Sun get to 21-6 and continue their reign of dominance.
