UFC Fight Night 132 MMA Betting Preview & Prediction

Written by on June 21, 2018

UFC events are usually late night affairs, but MMA Betting enthusiasts are going to need to be up bright and early on Saturday morning for UFC Fight Night 132. The event will be held in Singapore, with the main card action getting underway at 5 AM EST. All told, there will be 4 fights featured on the main card, with the headline event being the bout between Donald Cerrone and Leon Edwards. We should be in for a real treat with that one, but the other fights are not too shabby either, so be sure to get your coffee fix and get settled in early. Let’s take a closer look at the MMA Odds for the four bouts that make up the main card at UFC Fight Night 132 in Singapore.

UFC Fight Night 132 MMA Betting Preview & Prediction

Li Jingliang vs. Daichi Abe

  • MMA Betting Odds: Li Jingliang -345 / Daichi Abe +275
The action begins with a welterweight fight between a pair of men looking to bounce back after losing their previous fights. Jingliang had been on a good run of 5 straight wins before he lost his last bout. It was a minor setback for a fighter who is at the beginning of a very promising career. Jiangliang is now 14-5, with 5 wins delivered via KO. Daichi Abe comes in with a 6-1 record, with the first loss of his career coming in his last bout. He is another up and comer in this weight class, and this should be a very good fight indeed, as both men will be keen to get back to winning ways. This one looks set to go the distance, and I like Jinagliang to win by decision.

Jessica-Rose Clark vs. Jessica Eye

  • MMA Betting Odds:  Jessica-Rose Clark -130 / Jessica Eye +110
The ladies are up next for what looks like a very interesting flyweight battle. Jessica Eye is looking to get back to winning ways after losing 6 of her last 8 bouts, taking her career record to 12-6 in the process. The veteran is going to be in for a tough one here, as Clark is the winner of 4 in a row, including both of her opening two fights in the UFC. We can expect these two to stand toe to toe, but since neither has a lot of power in their locker, this is one that should go the distance. I’m a little on the fence here but am going with the more experienced Eye.

Ovince Saint Preux vs. Tyson Pedro

  • MMA Betting Odds: Ovince Saint Preux +105 / Tyson Pedro -125
The light heavyweights are up next, and it will feature a veteran of the Octagon against an up and comer. Saint Preux comes into this one with a 22-11 record, with half of those wins coming via KO. While Saint Preux had the definite edge in experience over Pedro, he will not be taking this fight lightly. Tyson Pedro is one of the MMA Betting favorites for UFC Night 132. Pedro has made a great start to his pro career, going 7-1 and proving that he has some real finishing power. These two usually deliver great fights when they step in the Octagon, so expect a good one here, with Saint Preux getting the win by KO.

Donald Cerrone vs. Leon Edwards

  • MMA Betting Odds: Donald Cerrone +165 / Leon Edwards -195
The headline event of the night is a welterweight bout that promises to be a beauty. Cerrone is a veteran of the UFC and very much a fan favorite. This is a guy that always tries to put on a show when he fights, and it has taken him to a career mark of 33-10 with 9 KO wins. Leon Edwards is still a relative newbie, but he has shown flashes of brilliance in the early part of his career, going 14-3 with 6 KO along the way. Cerrone will be out to put on a show, while Edwards will be looking to advance his career with a signature win, which I think he gets here.
