Cody Brundage +230 vs Michael Oleksiejczuk -280

Based on his 8-2 record, Cody Brundage shouldn’t be as big of an underdog as he is. The +230 choice has won three of his last four. In his last, Brundage stopped Tresean Gore via knockout.

Michael Oleksiejczuk brings a 17-5 record into this bout. Like Brundage, Oleksiejczuk has won three of his last four. Michael is the chalk because he’s 12-1 via TKO/KO stoppages. It’s difficult to argue against those backing the favorite.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Michael Oleksiejczuk

Drew Dober -155 vs Bobby Green +130

In this bout, underdog Drew Dober gives up 2 inches in height and an inch in reach to dog Bobby Green. Dober is the slight favorite because he’s won his last two bouts via knockout. Overall, Dober is 13-1 via KO/TKO.

Bobby Green had won two straight before losing his last. Green’s loss came against one of the best mixed martial artists at UFC, Islam Makhachev. Green should have a good shot of bouncing back with a victory.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Bobby Green

Alex Caceres +145 vs Julian Erosa -170

Erosa is 3 inches taller and has an inch reach advantage, which might explain why he’s the slight favorite versus Caceres. Erosa has also won his last three bouts.

Alex Caceres lost his last bout but it was via decision. It was also Alex’s first bout in 2022. This will be Erosa’s third bout of the year. Caceres can win this but Julian has made all the right moves in his recent fights. The chalk gets the nod.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Julian Erosa

Amir Albazi -440 vs Alessandro Costa +340

Costa is 12-2. He’s 3-1 via knockout or technical knockout wins and 6-0 via submission victories.

Favorite Amir Albazi is 15-1. Albazi is 4-0 via KO/TKO and 9-0 via submission wins. The chalk in this has won four straight versus some tough fighters like Zhalgas Zhumagulov and Francisco Figueiredo. Costa is a good fighter, but Albazi should soon battle for a title. The favorite wins.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Amir Albazi

Arman Tsarukyan -190 vs Damir Ismagulov +160

18-3 Arman Tsarukyan was on a 5-match winning streak before entering the Octagon to face Mateusz Gamrot in his last. Gamrot beat Tsarukyan via unanimous decision.

Damir Ismagulov has a 1.5 inches reach advantage, is 3 inches taller, and has a 24-1 record. Ismagulov’s loss happened way back in 2015. Tsarukyan can for sure win this, but the odds make the slight dog the play.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Damir Ismagulov

Jared Cannonier -110 vs Sean Strickland -110

The winner between Cannonier versus Strickland for sure will land a title chance. Cannonier is 2 inches shorter but has a 1.5 inches reach advantage.

Jared lost his last bout. However, it was in a title fight against Israel Adesanya. Before losing to Adesanya, Cannonier had beaten Kevin Gastelum and Derek Brunson.

Sean Strickland also lost his last bout. Sean’s loss came against Alex Pereira. We know Pereira is good because Alex won the title from Israel Adesanya in his next fight.

On paper, this can go either way. But Strickland suffered a knockout loss to Pereira in his last while Cannonier pushed Adesanya to the limit. Jared is the play.

UFC Fight Night Pick: Jared Cannonier
