Why New York Guardians are a good bet +10
Yes, the Defenders dominated the Guardians. That was Week 2. In Week 1, the Guardians stepped it up versus the TB Vipers for a 23-3 win. New York quarterback Matt McGloin played within himself when throwing for 182 yards and a TD. He didn’t throw a pick in Week 1. Although McGloin was terrible in Week 2 versus DC, he could get back on track against the Battlehawks. If McGloin plays within himself, the Guardians can keep this game closer than the spread.

Why St. Louis Battlehawks are a good bet -10
After a couple of XFL weeks, the Battlehawks are a decent 1-1. St. Louis beat the Dallas Renegades 15-9 in Week 1. In Week 2, they lost by 4 points, 24-28, to the Houston Roughnecks. We can’t overlook the fact the Battlehawks hung with Houston. The Renegades are one of the top 2 teams in XFL. St. Louis should have no trouble beating the Guardians by at least 11 points on Sunday.

Guardians vs Battlehawks Final XFL Week 3 Betting Analysis
In the NFL, 10 points would be a lot. But this isn’t the NFL. St. Louis quarterback Jordan Ta’Amu is the single best offensive weapon in the XFL. Ta’Amu completes 78% of his passes. He’s thrown for 493 yards and 4 touchdowns. Jordan ranks third in the league with 109 rushing yards.
St. Louis’ offense blossomed in Week 2. Matt Jones leads the league in rushing. If the Guardians attempt to stop Jones, Ta’Amu will rush or throw to his wide receivers, De’Mornay Pierson-El and L’Damian Washington. There’s no way a team that lost 0-27 in Week 2 can handle such an awesome offensive squad like the St. Louis Battlehawks. St. Louis drubs the New York Guardians by at least 14 points.
