The Demons and Magpies are set for their first postseason clash since 1989. Collingwood has decided to insert Darcy Cameron and Mason Cox back in the lineup. Cox was dropped briefly and went to the VFL before rejoining the team after playing as a substitute in Round 23. Magpies defenders Darcy Moore and Nathan Murphy will also return to the lineup.

Melbourne and Collingwood played an ugly match with each other during Week 13. The Demons were able to scrape by with a 66-62 victory. The Magpies’ defense, which had been strong through the first 18 rounds, struggled over the past month. Melbourne could spring an upset if the Demons’ attack is strong.

Carlton Blues vs. Sydney Swans

St Kilda Saints vs. Greater Western Sydney Giants

Brisbane Lions vs. Port Adelaide Power

Brisbane leads the AFL this season in average points scored off turnover at 55.6 per contest. The Lions typically average 146.6 more points from turnovers during matches than their opponents. Port Adelaide leads the league in points from center bounce margin.

The Power have a strong midfield composed of Zak Butters, Connor Rozee, and Jason Horne-Francise. Port Adelaide will be counting on the trio to keep the pressure on Brisbane in what should be a wild match.
