Bellator 267: Lima vs. Page 2 Betting Analysis & Predictions

There is nothing quite like a great rematch, which is what we hope we will get this Friday night at Bellator 267. We have a rematch sitting as the headline bout, and while it’s not a title fight, it’s still one that Bellator fans have been hoping for. The added bonus is that there is also a very good main card sitting below the headline bout. All told, there are 5 fights set to go on the main card, with all the action available on Showtime starting at 12:30 PM EST. Let’s now take a moment to dig a little deeper into each of the fights on the main card, with predictions for each so you can bet against the Bellator odds.

Bellator 267 Betting Odds | MMA Analysis

Yves Landu (+175) Vs Tim Wilde (-210)

The main card begins with a Lightweight bout that features a pair of fighters with a good deal of pro experience under their belts. Landu has been a little up and down in putting together a 16-8 record, but he has been strong of late, winning 4 of his last 5 fights. Wilde is 13-4 and has also won 4 of his last 5, including his first win under the Bellator banner last time out. For me, Wilde is the more consistent fighter, so I am taking him by decision.

Luke Trainer (-460) Vs Yannick Bahati (+355)

Oftentimes on a main card, you will see a matchup that is clearly designed to give one fighter a little more experience and another win for his resume. Luke Trainer has started his pro career at 4-0 and looks set to make it 5 here. This is not to suggest that Bahati is a bad fighter, but he comes in with a 9-5 record, which includes losses in 4 of his last 5 fights. You have to think that Trainer comes up with the KO quite quickly in this one.

Robert Whiteford (-255) Vs Andrew Fisher (+205)

There is a little extra intrigue with this Featherweight matchup given that it is Scotland versus England. Scottish fighter Robert Whiteford is 16-4 overall and on a good run of form, winning each of his last 4 fights, the most recent of which was with Bellator. It has been much the same story for Fisher, who is 18-8-1 and also on a 4-fight win streak. These two seem pretty evenly matched, but I am taking the Scotsman by decision.

Leah McCourt (-600) Vs Jessica Borga (+450)

The co-main event of the night is a ladies Featherweight bout that looks like a bit of a lopsided tilt. McCourt lost her first fight as a pro, but it has been all uphill since then. She has now won 5 in a row, 4 of which were with Bellator. Borga has had difficulty getting any kind of consistency going as a pro, running up a 3-3 record in her first 6 fights. I think she is on to another beating here, as I like McCourt for the comfortable win.

Douglas Lima (-105) Vs Michael Page (-115)

These two Welterweights last met in 2019, with Lima getting the win in the second round, so revenge will be on Page’s mind this Saturday. Lima recorded another win after beating Page, but has since followed that up with back-to-back losses. For Page, that defeat is the only one in his pro career, with his record now sitting at 19-1. Given their current form, I have to go with Page in this one, but he might need to go the distance to get it.
