Bellator Odds: Mix vs Magomedov 2 Betting Picks to Win in the Champions Series Paris

There is nothing quite as exciting as a big fight weekend, which is what we are getting from Bellator this Friday with the Champions Series.

While we are accustomed to seeing fights come later in the day, this one starts earlier than usual and here in MyBookie you can already check the Bellator odds.

My Analysis

The main card kicks off at 12 PM EST due to the event taking place in Paris, France. Please be sure to keep this in mind, especially if you have to work on Friday, as you will need to get your bets in early so as not to miss out on any of the potential winnings. We are going to do our best to help, which means taking a look at the 5 fights on the main card and making some predictions, so let’s get to it.

Thibault Gouti +350 vs Archie Colgan -725

We get the main card rolling with a Lightweight bout that, in reality, looks a little lopsided. Gouti comes into this one with a very decent 17-6 record, which includes 4 wins in his last 5 fights. He seems up against it here, though, as Colgan looks like the real deal, starting off his pro career with 9 straight wins. Bellator Pick: I like Colgan for the win, but he might need to go the distance to get it.

Yves Landu +117 vs Jonas Bilharinho -177

This Featherweight bout seems much more evenly matched than the first fight on the main card, which is a good thing. Lansu has won 4 in a row ahead of this one, taking his overall record to 20-9 and 5-1 in Bellator. This will be the first fight under the Bellator banner for Bilharinho, who comes in with an 11-2-1 record. Bellator Pick: I think he makes it a winning debut, as I like him for the KO win.

Gregory Babene +181 vs Costello van Steenis -290

We have the Middleweights up next on the main card for what looks like another very good matchup. Babene is rolling right now, winning 8 in a row, and is a perfect 5-0 with Bellator, moving to 23-11 in the process. Van Steenis is looking to bounce back after a loss that dropped him to 14-3 overall and 6-2 in Bellator. Bellator Pick: I think this will be a battle that goes the distance, with van Steenis just edging it.

Cedric Doumbe -599 vs Jaleel Willis +310

The co-main event of the night is a Welterweight bout, with a clear favorite on tap. Doumbe started his pro career with 5 straight wins before taking his first loss last time out, so he will be looking to get back to winning ways. Willis is going through a rough patch of form at the moment, losing 3 of his last 4 to fall to 16-5. Bellator Pick: I like Doumbe to get this one done quite quickly with the KO win.

Patchy Mix -310 vs Magomed Magomedov +188

We close the night out with a rematch and another battle for the Bellator Bantamweight Championship. Mix comes in with a stellar 19-1 record and a run that has seen him win 6 in a row, including a submission won over Magomedov in their last meeting. Magomedov was able to bounce back from that defeat to win in his last bour, but I think he is up against it here. Bellator Pick: I am taking Mix to defend his championship belt.
