If you like seeing the ladies mix it up in the octagon, then you are going to want to tune into Invicta FC 51, as the main card is an all-female event, with a pair of title fights included. This event starts at 8:30 PM EST on Wednesday night and can be seen on AXS TV. All told, there are 7 fights on the main card, so with so much ground to cover, we had better jump right into the Invicta Betting previews.
MMA Betting Preview for Invicta FC 51: Tennant vs Bernardo
Fatima Kline Vs Laura Gallardo
We get things rolling with a Strawweight bout and a pair of fighters still in the early stages of life as a pro. This will be just the 3rd fight for Kline, who won her previous 2 in convincing fashion. At 4-1, Gallardo is a little more experienced and comes into this one having won 2 in a row. I like Kline to stay perfect with a decision win.
Katie Saull Vs Rayanne Amanda
Next up is an Atomweight bout that looks to be potentially a little lopsided. Saull has won each of her last 2 fights, but all that did was take her back to .500 as a pro at 5-5. Amanda has been a little up and down at times, but she has put together a decent record of 12-6. I think she improves on that with the win in this one.
Marisa Messer-Belenchia Vs Elisandra Ferriera
It’s another Atomweight bout up next and one that looks to be very evenly matched. Messer-Belenchia comes into this one with a 5-1 record, but she has bounced back nicely from that lone loss by winning 2 in a row. Ferreira is coming off a loss last time out, but she is still sitting at 4-2 and a slight favorite here in my opinion.
Claire Guthrie Vs Auttumn Norton
We have a very good looking Bantamweight bout up next. Guthrie comes into this fight on a good run of form, winning 3 in a row to move to 4-1 overall. Norton lost her first fight as a pro but has since bounced back to win the next 2. This one looks certain to go the distance, and I like Guthrie for the decision win.
Serena DeJesus Vs Olga Rubin
We have another Bantamweight bout up next and a pair of fighters heading in very different directions. DeJesus has come good after a sluggish start to life as a pro, winning 4 in a row to get to 5-2 overall. Rubin is at 7-3, but those 3 losses have come in her last 4 fights. Rubin needs a win here, but I don’t see her getting it.
Kristina Williams Vs Ketlen Souza
The co-main event of the evening is for the Vacant Flyweight Championship. Williams comes into this one at 6-3 overall and in good form, winning 3 in a row ahead of this one. Souza is the more experienced fighter at 12-3 and comes in on a 4-fight win streak. I like this one to go the distance, with Souza getting the nod.
Taneisha Tennant Vs Talita Bernardo
The headline event of the night is for the Bantamweight Championship, with Tennant in as the defending champion. Tennant is sitting at 5-1 overall as a pro and is the winner of each of her last 2 fights. Bernardo has won 3 in a row to move to 9-4 and get her title shot. I think she takes the belt with a submission win.
I have read enough, I need to place my bet now. What to do?
