PFL Challenger Series

Where: Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida, USA

On the backlot of Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, the PFL Challenger Series, an eight-part competition will be broadcast live on Friday night featuring Elvin Espinoza (7-0) versus Damir Ferhatbegovic (6-2-1) vying for the chance to battle for a World Championship and a $1 million bonus prize.
In his previous match, Espinoza defeated Corey Jackson by unanimous decision in the PFL 7: 2022 Playoffs in August. Meanwhile, Ferhatbegovic, a Bosnian fighter based in Tennessee, hasn’t lost since 2017 when he suffered consecutive defeats to future UFC fighters Luis Pena and Jonathan Pearce.
The card also features an exciting matchup between Niagara Top Team fighter Anthony Romero (11-1) and Antonio Caruso (8-1). Romero, a Canadian, won the Contender Series in 2020, while Caruso defeated former champion Eduard Folayang in ONE Championship in 2020.
The four-fight card for the fourth week of PFL Challenger Series Season 2 also features Paulo Henrique vs. Mandel Sousa, Anthony Romero vs. Antonio Caruso, and Jose Aguayo vs. Charlie Decca.
UFC Fight Night
When: Saturday, February 18, 2023
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Time: 7:00 PM ET
TV: ESPN+
In what should be the fight to watch for the week, UFC Fight Night on Saturday features a 125 lb fight between Erin Blanchfield (10-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC) and Jessica Andrade (24-9 MMA, 15-7 UFC) in the five-round main event. MMA fans should get ready because their are some excellent fights on this card that you won’t want to miss.
Blanchfield, who is unbeaten in the UFC, has become one of the most exciting prospects in the division. At UFC 281, the 23-year-old put on her best performance to date by dominating and submitting Molly McCann.
After defeating Lauren Murphy by unanimous decision on January 21st at UFC 283, Andrade will make a hasty recovery. The former strawweight champion has won her last three Octagon fights, including two while weighing 125 pounds.
The Saturday card will also feature Jim Miller (35-16) who gained the distinction of having the most victories in UFC history (24) after his second-round submission victory over Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone at UFC 276 this past July. He will take on Alexander Hernandez (13-6) who will be replacing Gabriel Benitez. Hernandez will now try to end a two-fight losing streak.
Additionally the UFC Fight Night card will also showcase some interesting matchups between Jamal Pogues vs. Josh Parisian and Marcin Prachnio vs William Knight.
