Let’s hear it for the ladies. The MMA action comes at us early this week, with Invicta FC 48 set to go on Wednesday night at 9 PM EST. This event has 6 fights on the main card, including a title fight as the headliner, and it is all female fighters who will be stepping into the octagon on Wednesday night. While all the buzz, as you would expect, is about the title fight, there is still a lot to like on this card, so we are going to quickly break down all 6 fights to see if we can come up with some winning Invicta Betting predictions, so let’s get right to it.
MMA Betting Preview for Invicta FC 48: Tennant Vs Rubin
Auttumn Norton Vs Maria Djukic
This Bantamweight bout is one of those fights that is a little more difficult to predict given that neither of these women have a ton of experience. Norton took the loss on her first pr fight, but she rebounded with a win last time out. On the flipside, you have Djukic, who has also had just 2 fights, although she won both. I think Djukic gets the decision here.
Amber Leibrock Vs Morgan Frier
We have fighters with more experience in this Featherweight bout, but both women have been rather unpredictable. Leibrock comes in with a 5-4 career mark, although she has won each of her last 2 fights. It’s the opposite for Frier, who is 4-3, but who comes into this one on a 3-fight losing skid. I like Leibrock for the win here, potentially by KO.
Melissa Odessa Parker Vs Isis Verbeek
This Strawweight bout features a pair of evenly matched fighters that make this one a bit of a coin flip. Parker lost her first pro fight, but she bounced back with 3-straight wins, including 2 inside the distance. Verbeek made the exact same start to her pro career, making this a tough one to call. I am siding with Parker by decision.
Liana Pirosin Vs Kristina Williams
Next up we have a Flyweight bout between a pair of fighters who have been a little bit up and down of late. Pirosin is 8-4, and while she is coming off a win last time out, she has lost 3 of her last 5 fights. Williams is 5-3 overall and is on an upswing, winning 2 in a row after losing 2 in a row. Another close one here, but I have Pirosin for the win.
Talita Bernardo Vs Yana Gadelha
We have a Bantamweight bout in as the co-main event of the night, and it looks like a good one. Bernardo comes in with a 7-4 record, but she has struggled of late, losing 3 of her last 5 fights. Gadelha has the same 7-4 record as her opponent and has won 3 of her last 5, although she is coming off a loss. I think Bernardo takes this one by decision.
Taneisha Tennant Vs Olga Rubin
We close the night out with a Bantamweight Championship battle, with Tennant looking to hold onto the belt. She comes in with a 4-1 career mark and has made a quick impact in Invicta FC. Rubin actually has more experience at 7-2 and is coming off a win after losing 2 in a row. A tough one for the champ, but I think she holds onto the belt.
I have read enough, I need to place my bet now. What to do?
