We have a ton of MMA action to look forward to this weekend, with a bunch of events scheduled for Friday and Saturday. We are going to do out best to cover all the big fights and we are getting started with LFA 155, which is set to go on Friday night at 9 PM EST. There are 6 fights on the main card in this one, with the headline event being a bout for the Interim Bantamweight Championship. We have a lot of ground to cover here, so let’s get into the reviews and LFA betting predictions.
LFA 155: Do Nascimento vs. Hodge | MMA Lines
When: Friday 03.24.2023 at 09:00 PM ET
Where: Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Niagara Falls, New York
TV / Streaming: UFC Fight Pass
Rodney Kealohi Vs Alvaro Prado
The Flyweights are up first on the main card, with both of these fighters in need of a win. Kealohi is probably the more desperate, as he has now lost 2 in a row, falling to 5-3 in the process. Prado lost his last fight, too, and is now sitting at 5-2 overall. I like this one to go the distance, with Kealohi getting the nod.
Cody Davis Vs Jody Camacho
We have a Flyweight bout up next, with one of the fighters looking to keep his perfect record intact. That would be Camacho, who comes into this one at 5-0 and 4 opening round wins. Davis will be a tough opponent, though, as he comes in with a 6-1 record, although he usually goes the distance. A close one here, but I think Camacho edges it.
Joe Taylor Vs Ben Parrish
We have a Light Heavyweight bout up next and another fighter looking to stay perfect. Taylor does not have a ton of experience, but he is a perfect 4-0 and has flashed some stopping power. Parrish is in a bit of a rough patch, losing 2 of his last 3 fights to fall to 5-2 overall. I like Taylor to stay perfect with the KO win.
Rafael Barbosa Vs Mairon Santos
This Featherweight bout looks to be a very good one, with both fighters very well established. Barbosa went through a rocky patch, losing 3 in a row before bouncing back to win his last 2 and move to 14-4 overall. Santos started life in the LFA with a loss, the first of his pro career, to fall to 12-1. I like Santos to get his first win with this organization.
Solomon Renfro Vs Glaucio Eliziario
The co-main event is a Lightweight bout with a pair of fighters who have been inconsistent of late. Renfro has won 2 in a row, snapping a 2 fight losing skid, to get to 10-3. Eliziario won last time out and needed that win after losing his 3 prior fights. I think we get a brawl here, with Renfro coming away with the KO win.
Rafael Do Nascimento Vs Jerrell Hodge
We close the night out with a battle for the Interim Bantamweight Championship, and it should be a good one. Do Nascimento has a solid 8-1 record and comes into this bout on the heels of 4 straight wins. It is much the same story for Hodge, who is 9-3 overall and riding a 4-fight win streak. I think do Nascimento will take it with the submission win.
