2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series Calendar Analysis: We may have just celebrated the start of a New Year, but NASCAR fans are already excited about the prospect of the upcoming season. MyBookie Sportsbook NASCAR Lines
The schedules have been released and it promises to be yet another exciting season. For the purposes of this piece, we are going to focus on the Xfinity Series, but if you visit the NASCAR website, you can get the official breakdown of the upcoming races across all 3 series. It will be Cole Custer looking to defend his title this year, but there are sure to be several drivers who are more than up for the challenge. Let’s quickly look at the month-by-month breakdown of the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series schedule.
February
We don’t have to wait too much longer for the action to begin, with the first race of the season coming at Daytona on February 17. It’s one of the quieter months on the calendar, with just one more race in Atlanta before the calendar flips over into March.
March
The month of March begins in Sin City with the Spring Series Race in Las Vegas and ends with the ToyotaCare 250 in Richmond. There are a pair of races wedged between those bookends, with one in Phoenix, as well as a road race at the Circuit of the Americas.
April
Another busy month, with 4 races on the calendar in April. The month begins with a race in Martinsville, which is followed by a trip to Texas for the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300. We then have another road race at Talladega, before we see April come to a close with the A-Game 200 at Dover.
May
There is a bit of a mid-season break in May, which means that there are only 2 races on the schedule. Both of those are Spring Series Races, with Darlington and Charlotte serving as the hosts for those 2 events.
June
The action heats up again in the month of June, which also happens to be the busiest on the 2024 Xfinity Series schedule. The action begins in Portland on the 1st of the month before moving to Sonoma. After that, we have races in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nashville, by which point the race for playoff spots should really be starting to heat up.
July
The highlight of the month, and perhaps even the season for some, is the opening race in July, which is the Chicago Street Race. This is a unique event that is sure to be a big hit with fans. That one is followed by races at Pocono and Indianapolis.
August
We have 3 more races coming in the month of August, which is the final month devoted solely to regular season races. Michigan, Daytona, and Darlington are the destination points for those 3 races.
September
We have races at Atlanta, Watkins Glen, and Bristol, which are the final 3 races of the regular season. The cut will be made after that final race, with the drivers qualifying for the playoffs headed to Kansas.
October
The playoffs continue with 4 races in the month of October, starting with a big one at Talladega. That is followed by runs in Charlotte, Las Vegas, and Homestead-Miami, where the field will be whittled down for the final push.
November
This is the final month of the season. It will start with a race in Martinsville, which will see the playoff field reduced to 4. Things will close out in Phoenix with the Championship Race on November 9.
