When talking about the most iconic competitions in the world of soccer, the FA Cup always has to be part of the conversation.
There is just something truly magical about this tournament, and while some of the shine has come off with replays now removed from the equation, there is still always the chance that we will see a Cinderella team making a deep run and taking some big scalps in the progress.
Betting FA Cup Round 4 Analysis
This week, we will see the 4th Round games played, with the winners moving on to the Round of 16.
The big guns came into the tournament in Round 3, with the majority surviving and moving on, which means we have some huge matchups to look forward to.
Betting FA Cup Futures and Prop Bets
Before we get into the upcoming games and the previews, we need to talk about some of the props and future bets you can make right now.
We will get to the odds for the overall winners in a moment, but we also need to talk about the top scorer in the FA Cup.
This one is a little less predictable, as the players that are currently at the top of the standings are from smaller clubs that have had to play more games to this point and who may no longer be in the competition, so keep that in mind if you are playing that prop bet.
Think about the team you like to win the FA Cup, and perhaps choose one of their players as the top scorer.
^FA Cup Winner
The most obvious future bet is picking the winner of the Cup, and it is perhaps a surprise that Manchester City (+380) is still the favorite.
They have been terrible of late, with a 5-1 loss to Arsenal their most recent result. It does, of course, all depend on how the draw plays out as the tournament progresses, but I’m not seen if I trust this team to win it all.
Liverpool (+480) look like the team to beat, in my opinion, while Chelsea (+770) and Manchester United (+870), the current holders, are also in the conversation.
Right now, it is Liverpool that looks like the best bet, but they are in a ton of other competitions, including the League Cup, which they will play in earlier in the week.

Betting FA Cup Round 4 Previews and Predictions
Leeds -234 vs Millwall +600 (Draw +340)
FA Cup Prediction: Leeds 2-1 Millwall
When: Saturday, February 8, 2025, 7:15 AM
You don’t necessarily need a pair of EPL teams to meet up for it to be a great matchup. This one features a pair of teams from the Championship in what promises to be a great game. Leeds are sitting in 1st in the League at the moment and are unbeaten in their last 5 games. Millwall is sitting down mid-table, but they are also on a roll, winning 3 in a row ahead of this one. The last 2 meetings between these teams have gone the way of the home team, so let’s go with Leeds in this one.
^Coventry +172 vs Ipswich +144 (Draw +242)
FA Cup Prediction: Coventry 2-1 Ipswich
When: Saturday, February 8, 2025, 10:00 AM
Since Frank Lampard took over as the new boss, Coventry has been fantastic. They have won 4 in a row and are moving up the table quickly, so even though they are playing a team from a league above them, they are going to feel good about their chances. Ipswich look set to make the drop back to the Championship, as they are sitting deep in the relegation zone in the EPL. They have lost 4 in a row, including a disappointing 2-1 loss to fellow strugglers Southampton this past weekend. This is one where we might well see the lower league team get the win.
^Everton +158 vs Bournemouth +155 (Draw +244)
FA Cup Prediction: Everton 1-2 Bournemouth
When: Saturday, February 8, 2025, 10:00 AM
This promises to be an exiting matchup, as both of these teams are playing well in the EPL. Everton has seen a reversal of fortune since David Moyes took over as manager and are coming into this one having won 3 in a row, scoring 8 goals in the process. Bournemouth has picked up points in 4 of their last 5 games, with a 5-0 win over Nottingham Forest the standout victory during that stretch. They are coming off a 2-0 loss to Liverpool this past weekend, but there is no shame in that defeat. Bournemouth has had the best of this matchup of late, so they might sneak the win here.
^Brighton +196 vs Chelsea +121 (Draw +260)
FA Cup Prediction: Brighton 1-2 Chelsea
When: Saturday, February 8, 2025, 3:00 PM
Both of these teams are in the hunt for the European places available in the EPL, but that will be see aside this weekend. Brighton is heading in the wrong direction at the moment and are going to need to find a way to shake off a 7-0 loss to Nottingham Forest this past weekend. They have now lost 2 in a row and seem to be having a crisis of confidence, but you could say the same about Chelsea, a team that was looking like a title challenger just a few short weeks ago. They have been consistently dropping points, including a 3-1 loss to Manchester City, although they are playing on Monday. A close one here, I believe.
^Aston Villa -116 vs Tottenham +265 (Draw +285)
FA Cup Prediction: Aston Villa 3-2 Tottenham
When: Sunday, February 9, 2025, 12:35 PM
The final game of the FA Cup Round 4 weekend is another big one, and while it would seem like Villa are the favorite to win here, you just never know how things might go in a cup tie. Last week was an up and down one for Aston Villa, as they beat Celtic 4-2 in the Champions League, only to go out and lose to Wolves in the league. You have to feel some level of sympathy for Tottenham, especially when you look at the number of injuries they have head to deal with this season. Despite all of that, they did win back-to-back games last week, but they also have another game coming in midweek, which could impact them in this one.
