CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying Matches to Bet On Oct. 13th

Costa Rica +1 ½ (-185) vs United States -1 ½ (+137)

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 13

Team USA is in a must win situation. The U.S. had a shot to make a statement on Oct. 10. Not only did they not make a statement, they lost straight up against Panama as a huge favorite. On Wednesday, the United States can’t make any mistakes because Costa Rica is a serious team.

Los Ticos heads into this match after beating El Salvador 2-1 in their last. Costa Rica drew agianst Honduras and Jamaica in their two matches before the victory.

Costa Rica will push for the draw here. But the United States knows it can’t mess up. So even though we’re hesitant backing Team USA, the Americans on the handicap is the play.

Soccer Pick: United States

Panama +520 vs Canada -172

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 13

Canada isn’t playing great. The Canadians have drawn four times in their last five. The lone victory happened against El Salvador.

That game took place on Sep. 8. Panama heads to Canada after upsetting the United States. Sure, the Panamanians could bounce with a bad effort in this. Or they could make it two in a row versus their North American rivals. The odds force us to back Panama because Canada is an underlay at -172.

Soccer Pick: Panama

Jamaica +340 vs Honduras -108

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 13

Jamaica isn’t a great team. The Jamaicans have drawn three times and lost twice in their last five.

Based on their record, the Jamaicans should fall to Honduras on Wednesday. But although Honduras has the edge because this happens on their pitch, it’s not as if the Hondurans have dominated.

Honduras shows three draws and two losses in their last five. If you want to play the moneyline, consider Jamaica because of the odds. There’s another option, though, and that’s the draw.

Soccer Pick: Draw

Mexico -1 ½ (+131) vs El Salvador +1 ½ (-175)

  • When: Wednesday, Oct. 13

If you like El Salvador on the handicap, it’s probably because they hung with Mexico in a 1-0 loss at the Gold Cup in the last head-to-head.

But Mexico turned the screws in their last, dominating Honduras 3-0. The Mexicans won’t mess around. They should run out to a two, or even three goal lead before coasting to a victory. El Tri on the handicap is the play.

Soccer Pick: Mexico
