Golden State Warriors
The Golden State Warriors are the huge favorites to win the NBA title for the second straight season. Steve Kerr, the head coach, has his guys playing some great basketball, and they have been nearly unbeatable. Golden State is an unbelievable 57-6. The Warriors need 16 wins in their final 19 games to break the all time win record. The Warriors need to go 10-9 to tie their record of a season ago. The Warriors play in the West, where there are several other really good basketball teams, but they are the huge favorite. Golden State is listed at -125 to win the 2016 NBA title.Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers are next on the list in Las Vegas. The Cavaliers have struggled a bit as of late, but still have 19 games to regroup. Cleveland remains at top of the Eastern Conference, leading Toronto by 2.5 games. The Cavaliers are in the middle of a long road trip, and if they come back from it relatively healthy, things will look good for them. The Cavaliers want to see Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving and LeBron James all click at the same time. Las Vegas is betting they can do that through the Eastern Conference, as the Cavaliers are listed at +300 to win the NBA Finals.San Antonio Spurs
Third on the list when we start examining the NBA Championship Favorites is the San Antonio Spurs. Out of the Western Conference, they know they will likely have to go through the Warriors to get out of the West. The Spurs are 54-10 this season, and if the Warriors were not the Warriors this season, they would be getting a ton of talk. San Antonio has a great combination of Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge, along with veterans Tony Parker and Tim Duncan. The Spurs come into the middle of March listed at +325 to win the NBA title in 2016.Oklahoma City Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder are next on the list when examining the NBA Championship Favorites. The Thunder are a fun team to watch, but do they have enough supporting cast to get to the Finals? Billy Donovan is the head coach of the Thunder, and looking for help outside of the big 2, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. The Thunder are 44-20 on the season, for the third seed. If the postseason started, they could avoid the Warriors until the Western Conference Finals. Oklahoma City is listed at +1300 to win the NBA title this season.
