Marseille vs Qarabag
Although Marseille didn’t move on in the Europa League, a closer look reveals they played great versus the two teams they should have struggled against, Lazio and Locomotiv Moscow.
Marseille drew 2-2 against Lazio. The French Ligue 1 squad beat Moscow. A terrible 4-2 loss to Galatasaray is why UEFA relegated Marseille to the Europa Conference League Knockout Round.
The draw is favorable to the Ligue 1 squad. Marseille should win both legs.

PSV Eindhoven vs Maccabi Tel-Aviv
Maccabi is a decent soccer club. But we can’t look past the fact that PSV Eindhoven is in first place in the Dutch Eredivisie.
The Eredivisie includes strong Champions League team Ajax Amsterdam. Eindhoven bombed in their final Europa League match, falling by 3 goals to Real Sociedad. PSV can make up for that horrible performance by moving to the Europa Conference League Round of 16.

Fenerbahçe vs Slavia Prague
In their final Europa League match, Fenerbahce drew 1-1 against Frankfurt. The Bundesliga squad is playing great. So even though Fenerbahce is in an uncharacteristic fifth place on the Turkish Super Lig standings, they can hang with Slavia Prague in this.
But Slavia Prague is in good form with a couple of draws and a victory in their last 3. It may be hard for Fenerbahce to find motivation. It will require playing well in both legs, but Slavia should prevail.

Midtjylland vs PAOK Salonika
Midtjylland didn’t play a who’s who of the Europa League. The Danish Superliga squad beat both Red Star Belgrade and Braga by a goal. In their final Europa League match, Midtjylland drew 0-0 against Ludogorets Razgard.
PAOK is a quality soccer club, but in the end Midtjylland should win. Midtjylland is tops in their league and only failed to make the Europa League Round of 16 by a single point.

Leicester City vs Randers
Leicester must feel down after failing to overtake Spartak Moscow in their Europa League group. No doubt, Napoli and Leicester City were the teams to beat in Group C.
The English Premier League squad won’t stay down for long. Randers is a decent Europa Conference League club, but Leicester is a much better team. LC wins both legs.

Celtic vs Bodo/Glimt
Celtic failed to move on in the Europa League by a single point. Unlike other Europa League teams, Celtic was in a tough group. They had to beat two quality clubs, Real Betis and Bayer Leverkusen.
Expect Celtic to make quick work of Bodo/Glimt. These two will play a couple of matches. Celtic may require just 1 to end Bodo’s Europa Conference League dreams.

Lyon had their own way in Europa League Group A, dusting their opponents with 16 points. The Rangers finished second while Sparta Prague finished third.
Partizan will fight. But their Europa Conference League form leaves much to be desired. Draws versus KAA Gent and Anorthosis doesn’t impress. Flora beat Partizan in their other group match. Sparta moves to the Round of 16.

Rapid Wien vs Tottenham
Tottenham has no excuses. The Premier League squad got a Europa Conference League reprieve. They should make the most of it.
One thing in Tottenham’s favor? It appears the issues that plagued them last season and at the start of this season are over. Tottenham beat Brentford 2-0 on Dec. 2. On Dec. 5, the Hotspur dusted Norwich City 3-0.
Unless Tottenham shows no heart, they win the aggregate.
