Young Leading Panthers Charge
Bryce Young had to sit out Week 3, but he’s been in the starting lineup for the other three games this season. Unfortunately, the Carolina Panthers have been struggling offensively, ranking among the lowest-scoring teams in the league with fewer than 17 points per game.
Young, the rookie quarterback who honed his skills in college football at Alabama, has only managed to throw two touchdown passes while also being intercepted twice. In the game Young missed during Week 3, backup Andy Dalton stepped in and threw two touchdown passes.
The Panthers’ primary receiving threat has been the experienced Adam Thielen, formerly with the Vikings. He has accumulated just under 300 receiving yards and has scored two touchdowns this season. Following Thielen is D.J. Chark, who has notched 129 yards and a touchdown.
Unfortunately, Carolina’s running game has been lackluster despite the addition of Miles Sanders to the roster.

Montgomery rushed for three touchdowns in the win over the Packers, and now has five on the season, despite missing a game.
The Lions are one of the top offensive teams in the National Football League. Detroit is scoring 26.5 points per game. Both the passing and rushing attack ranks inside the Top 10, with a total of nearly 400 yards per game. Amon-Ra St. Brown is the top target in the passing game, with 331 yards and two touchdowns.
