NFL 2021 Season Week 12 O/U Betting Picks, Odds & Predictions

NFL 2021 Season Week 12 O/U Betting Picks, Odds & Predictions

We are 11 weeks into the NFL season, and you have to say that no clear favorite has emerged. Yes, there are a handful of teams that have put together very good records and are dominating their divisions, but every single team appears to have a few weaknesses that are just waiting to be exposed. Staying consistent has been a problem for everyone this season, which has also made it tough for those of us charged with making picks for the week. On a positive note, though, we have managed to hit our O/U parlays in 2 of the last 3 weeks in the NFL, so hopefully you will have all cashed in on those. We are looking for a repeat of that in Week 12. Let’s get right into our OVER/UNDER picks for Week 12 of the season so you can bet against their NFL odds.

2021 Season Week 12 Over/Under Picks | NFL Betting

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions (UNDER 41 ½)

Thanksgiving Day will deliver three games for us to enjoy, although you have to say that the opening game of the day is not one that generates a ton of excitement. Both of these teams have struggled to get anything going in the offensive side of the football this season, and it now looks as though the Bears will be without QB Justin Fields on Thursday. You wonder what impact that will have on a Bears team that has seen 7 of their last 9 games fall UNDER the point total. There is talk that Jared Goff might be back under center on Thursday, but that hasn’t meant much to the Lions offense this season. The Lions have seen 7 of their last 8 games go UNDER. Both of those stats would seem to suggest that a low-scoring game is on the cards here.

Las Vegas Raiders at Dallas Cowboys (OVER 50 ½)

We are going to stick with the Thursday games for the second pick in our 3-team parlay. Both of these teams came out of the gates looking very good on the offensive side of the football, and while both have cooled off a little, the potential is there for a shootout. The Raiders come into this game on a run that has seen them lose 3 in a row and fail to score more than 16 points in a game during that run. Dallas has lost 2 of their last 3, with the offense struggling in those losses, but they also put up 43 against Atlanta during that run. The Raiders have seen the OVER hit in 10 of their last 15 games, and while Dallas has been seeing the under trending of late, I still like this one to deliver a lot of offense.

New York Jets at Houston Texans (OVER 44 ½)

You see both of these teams listed on the schedule and the automatic thought that comes to mind is to immediately play the under. While both teams are having a brutal season and are not that great on the offensive side of the football, a deeper dig into their trends shows something that might well come as a surprise. The Jets have actually seen the OVER hit in 6 of their last 7 games, but there is more than just that to go on. They have also seen the OVER hit in 9 of their last 10 versus teams from the AFC South. In home games this season, the Texans have seen the OVER hit in 3 out of 4.
