2023 Korn Ferry Tour Championship
The previous five winners of the tournament have been first-time winners on the Korn Ferry Tour. Last year’s champion, Justin Suh, went on to finish 81st in the FedEx Cup standings, good enough to secure his card for next year. Suh shot a four-day score of 267 (21-under par), two shots clear of Austin Eckroat for the title.
From 2013 thru last season, 50 PGA Tour cards were awarded after the KFT Championship between KFT members and players ranked 126-200 on the PGA Tour. That format changed this year with the introduction of the FedExFall series, separating the PGA Tour pros from the Korn Ferry Tour pros.

Tom Fazio constructed the golf course in 1996, mapping the course through former strip mines. Water is a prevalent feature on the 418 acre property, holding more than 500 million gallons.
The par-72 is annually ranked one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States and features a stretch of four holes known as The Gauntlet. On the scorecard, the layout measures just over 7,200 from the back tees.
Korn Ferry Tour Championship Odds to Win
Two players sit atop the odds board heading into Thursday’s opening round of the tournament. Jacob Bridgeman and Ben Kohles are the betting favorites at +2000 each. Three players, Joe Highsmith, Christopher Gotterup, and Adrien Dumont de Chassart, follow closely behind at +2200.
Below are our three favorites to win the Korn Ferry Tour Championship.
Adrien Dumont de Chassart (+2200)
The former University of Illinois star had no problem adjusting to the professional circuit, picking up a win in his first start as a pro at the BMW Charity Pro-Am.
Following that triumph, the rookie finished inside the top 10 over the next five events. Back-to-back missed cuts is a concern, but the 23-year-old has flashed the skillset to be able to win.
Jake Knapp (+2500)
The 29-year-old Canadian comes into the week having already locked up his PGA Tour playing privileges for next season but aims to become the sixth-straight golfer to win his first KFT event at this tournament.
Knapp has been consistent all year, placing inside the top 25 in 14 of 21 events, with nine of those finishing coming inside the top 10.
Tom Whitney (+5000)
Out longshot play this week, the former Air Force alum is on the doorstep of securing his elusive PGA Tour card for the first time in his nearly decade-long career as a pro.
Sitting 17th on the points list, the 34-year-old is all but a lock to move on to the PGA next year, but a win would carry major momentum into the offseason.
