By the time this weekend is over, every team in the NFL will be halfway through their season and will have a clear idea of what needs to be done to make the playoffs. For some, the postseason already looks like a bit of a lost cause, while some of the best teams in the league need to up their game if they are to reach their preseason expectations. The second half of the season is where things begin to really heat up and teams either rise or fall. Given what we have seen through the first 9 weeks, we can probably expect the unexpected over the next couple of months. For now, the focus is on the coming weekend, and we are going to get the ball rolling by making our SU NFL Betting picks for the week as we look to improve on our 16-11 record.

Week 10 SU Picks for the 2021 Season | NFL Betting

Cleveland Browns over New England Patriots

These are a pair of teams that have been tough to figure out this season, as both have been somewhat inconsistent through the opening 9 weeks. Both come into Week 10 with a 5-4 record, which is good enough to have them both in the conversation to win their respective divisions. The Browns are coming off a huge divisional win over Cincinnati, but they head to Foxboro knowing that they have only won once there in their last 8 visits, although the majority of those defeats came during the Tom Brady era. On the flipside, the Browns are 7-1 SU in their last 8 games played in the month of November. The Patriots have won 4 of their last 5, but they are also just 1-4 SU in their last 5 home games, so I have the Browns winning a close one.

Tennessee Titans over New Orleans Saints

This is the time of the season when teams look to get hot and get on a roll as they head towards the playoffs. The Tennessee Titans are already there, though, and are the winners of 5 straight games heading into the weekend. That has put them at 7-2 on the season, and while some thought that they might be in trouble after losing Derick Henry in Week 8, the Titans came out last week and put in a dominant display against a very good LA Rams team. The Saints saw a 3-game winning streak come to an end last week with a disappointing showing against the Atlanta Falcons in a game that they looked to have in the bag. They have just 2 wins in their last 11 meetings with Tennessee, while the Titans have won 11 of their last 14 versus teams from the NFC.

Denver Broncos over Philadelphia Eagles

The playoff race in both conferences is beginning to heat up, with the Denver Broncos helping their cause with a big win over the Dallas Cowboys last weekend. That was their 2^nd straight win and one that took them over .500 at 5-4. Things do not look as promising for the Eagles, who fell to 3-6 on the season after losing to the LA Chargers in Week 9. With that defeat, the Eagles are now just 4-13 SU in their last 17 games. As for Denver, they have picked up the win in 4 of the last 6 times that the Eagles have come calling, so you would certainly like them to get the win at home.
