The latest Super Bowl 57 odds show minimal change. One of the reasons is because teams are deep into their training camps. Oddsmakers and players will wait to see how teams perform in at least their first preseason matchup. Then, adjusted odds should land. But although there hasn’t been a lot of odds movement lately, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t check out the odds and provide some news regarding a few teams. Check out Super Bowl 57 Odds as well as the latest news on four contending teams.

Deshaun Watson’s 6-game suspension will affect Cleveland’s Super Bowl odds
The NFL handed Deshaun Watson a 6-game suspension. Although the suspension seems light, we should put things in perspective.
The number of women who claim Deshaun acted inappropriately doesn’t supersede the fact Houston authorities failed to charge Watson. The number of accusers is a lot, but Watson’s situation is still a one party said versus other party said thing.
In that respect, the suspension makes sense. If there are no criminal charges, it’s difficult to hand out more than a 6-game suspension.
With that being written, the suspension will have a drastic affect on Cleveland’s Super Bowl odds. In week 5, the Browns play the Chargers.
Then when Deshaun is back in week 6, Cleveland takes on the Patriots, followed by the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals. Those three teams would be tough for Cleveland to beat even if Deshaun had played the first 5 weeks.
Watson will have to get up to speed in a hurry. Many NFL future bettors won’t believe it will happen, which is why we should expect Cleveland’s Super Bowl odds to approach +3000 or even eclipse that mark in the next week or so.
Packers may experiment with A.J. Dillon in the backfield and Aaron Jones in the slot
Green Bay coach Matt LaFleur is as creative as it gets, which is why we shouldn’t expect the Packers’ offensive production to fall off even though Davante Adams decided to take his incredible skills to Las Vegas.
LaFleur hinted at a possible solution to replace Adams’ production. The Green Bay head coach said he wanted to get backup running back A.J. Dillon on the field more.
The statement is code for playing Aaron Jones and Dillon at the same time. Jones got 65 targets last season, second most after Davante Adams’ 169. So LaFleur’s strategy should pay off.
With Matt Ryan at QB, the Colts could use Nyheim Hines in the same backfield as Jonathan Taylor
This season, we should expect Indianapolis backup RB Nyheim Hines to see the most playing time, and to catch the football more, than he has in his career.
Ryan showed in Atlanta that he loves to throw to the running back. Not only that, but Frank Reich, Indianapolis’ head coach, said he wants to save Jonathan Taylor for later in the season and, hopefully, in the playoffs.
Taylor got too many carries last season. The days of a workhorse running back are over because of an extra game, an NFL Week 18.
Teams prefer to use a couple of running backs, the model Sean Payton created while head coach of the Saints. In this case, Reich will play both Hines and Taylor, use Taylor as a decoy and throw to Hines.
Marquez Valdez-Scantling emerging as Patrick Mahomes top target
A week after training camp opened and Patrick Mahomes may have found his top wideout target. Former Green Bay wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Mahomes are already clicking.
It helps that Patrick can always turn to tight-end Travis Kelce if he can’t find any of his wideouts. Valdez-Scantling played plenty of snaps with Aaron Rodgers. He knows what’s required to be a top receiver.
If things work out the way Andy Reid expects, the Chiefs won’t miss Tyreek Hill. If it works out the way Valdez-Scantling and Mahomes expect, the quarterback and wide receiver combo will be one of the best in the NFL
