Conference Teams With to Win the Super Bowl LVIII

1. Baltimore Ravens +200

In the head-to-head versus favored San Francisco, the Baltimore Ravens dominated the 49ers 33-19. What’s important to know about that game is that it happened in San Francisco.

The Ravens have been this season’s top team from NFL Week 1 to NFL Week 18. Baltimore’s defense is as good as any in the league while Lamar Jackson has lit it up both as a passer and a rusher this season.

For sure, the Niners would be tough to beat in a rematch. But Baltimore is on a mission. Also, the Ravens are an overlay at +200.

2. San Francisco 49ers +145

San Francisco is a dynamic team. The Niners, should they beat the Detroit Lions, will have two weeks to prepare for the Baltimore Ravens. Give Kyle Shanahan two weeks to prepare, and he’ll have his team ready to get it done.

But although San Francisco’s offense is terrific, the defense has struggled at moments this season. Also, SF had to rally to beat the 49ers. Yes, the Packers were hot heading to the game. Still, a Super Bowl favorite isn’t supposed to struggle in a divisional round game.

3. Detroit Lions +750

The Lions rank ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs because the Lions have grown up in their last couple of games.

Detroit beat the Los Angeles Rams, one of the hottest teams in the league, and then held off a good Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ squad. Jared Goff has a chance to make it to his second Super Bowl.

More importantly, the defense gelled. If Purdy isn’t careful with the football, Dan Campbell’s Lions will make Brock pay.

4. Kansas City Chiefs +350

As long as Patrick Mahomes is your quarterback you have a chance. This season, though, Mahomes goes up against the best coached and the most talented team in the NFL in the AFC Championship.

Mahomes will struggle to move the ball versus Roquan Smith, Kyle Hamilton, Marcus Williams, and the rest of the Baltimore defense. The Ravens locked down on C.J. Stroud in the second half of their 34-10 AFC Divisional Round victory over the Texans.

Even if Mahomes moves the ball and leads the Chiefs to a few scores, KC won’t stop Lamar Jackson and the Ravens offense. KC bows out in the AFC Championship.

Who Are the Odds and Betting Favorites to Win the NFC Championship?

Previous Betting News

Over the past few seasons, the NFC East has been heavily criticized for being one of the weakest divisions in football. This season, this is one of the most competitive divisions, and the team with the best record in the league resides in this division. The NFC has three teams that seem to have separated themselves from the rest of the conference, and are the heavy favorites to win the NFC.

We will now take a look at the NFL NFC Conference betting favorites to represent the National Football Conference in the upcoming Super Bowl.

Who Are the Odds and Betting Favorites to Win the NFC Championship?

Philadelphia Eagles +155

The Eagles are the overwhelming favorites to win the NFC. They have the best offensive line in the league, a great duo of wide receivers, one of the top defenses in the league, and a dual-threat quarterback. As long as Jalen Hurts can avoid making huge mistakes, this team has the best chance of representing the NFC in the Super Bowl.

Dallas Cowboys +330

With a great defense, and a very good offense, the Dallas Cowboys have a great shot at winning the conference. With a healthy Dak Prescott, a running game that can carry the offense, and some great receiving threats, the Cowboys can score points. With one of the best secondaries in the league, the Cowboys are hard to pass on. As long as the Cowboys can avoid their annual postseason collapse, they can compete for the NFC championship.

San Francisco 49ers +330

Now that the Niners are in the hands of third-string quarterback Brock Purdy, we will see if he can continue his good play. Purdy has come on and played well in his first two games. With a strong running game, the Niners could be a huge threat. We’ll see if Deebo Samuel can return from his injury, and if he does, how effective will he be?  Now that the defense is fairly healthy, this is one of the top defenses in the league. We’ll see if Kyle Shanahan can finally prove his doubters wrong, and finally win the big one.

Minnesota Vikings +900

With the best receiver in the league, a very good running back, and an offense that has been good this season, the Vikings are a threat to win the conference. Kirk Cousins has been one of the most criticized quarterbacks in the league, and he now has a chance to prove the critics wrong. The Vikings will need to score a lot of points, as their defense is suspect. We’ll see if Cousins can finally perform in a big moment.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +1200

Because the NFC South is such a train wreck right now, it’s hard to think anyone from this division can win the conference. However, Tom Brady is still the quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and oddsmakers will never doubt Brady and his ability to win the big one. The offense can’t score, and the defense can only do so much, but Tampa Bay will more than likely be a playoff team. No one will want to stand across the line from Brady, as he has shown the ability to defy the odds and win huge games.
