Home / NFL / Week 1 Odds
The complete NFL odds for the entire season have been released, giving enough time to pro football bettors and fans to analyze the lines and start making picks ahead of the opening week.
Week 1 is kicking off with an NFC ‘Clash of the Titans’ between Super Bowl Champions Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons. Expect some fireworks as these are two of the best offenses from last season. Third-year QB Carson Wentz is expected to be ready for this game. Nick Foles did a great job during the Eagles run for the championship, but Wentz is the face of the franchise. Foles will be waiting for another opportunity in the sidelines while some other teams keep an eye on him.
The opening week will also feature some interesting matches that every bettor should put on his/her agenda. The renewed Cleveland Browns will look for their first victory of the season when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers in a divisional match. Sunday’s must-watch list also includes Jacksonville Jaguars vs New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys vs Carolina Panthers, and Seattle Seahawks vs Denver Broncos.
The first Sunday of the season is set to close with an ancient rivalry as the Chicago Bears will travel to Lambeau Field to face Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.
Monday night is set to bring two additional matches. First, the New York Jets are going to face the renewed Detroit Lions with Matt Patricia as Head Coach. Later, the Los Angeles Rams will put their new offensive and defensive weapons to the test against the Oakland Raiders. This game will mark the return of Jon Gruden to the sidelines in over a decade.
