There are 3 weeks left in the season and a lot of things still to be decided, including trying to figure out which teams will be playing beyond the end of the regular season. We have seen some teams clinch their playoff spots, with a few others set to be filled this weekend, but the overall picture is still rather muddy. All we can do is focus on the games ahead, which means that it’s time to start breaking down Week 16. We will have a bunch of parlay picks for you guys, which will be in a separate article, but for the purposes of this piece, let’s take a look at 3 O/U picks we like for Week 16.

Bengals at Steelers: OVER 37 ½

Lions at Vikings: UNDER 47

Cowboys at Dolphins: UNDER 51

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers

The AFC North now officially belongs to the Baltimore Ravens, but for the other 3 teams in the division, there is still hope of a Wild Card spot. That dream may well come to an end for one of these teams this weekend, though, as this is about as close to an elimination game as you can get. Despite losing Joe Burrow for the season, the Bengals have still seen the OVER hit in 5 of their last 6 games overall, as well as in 4 of their last 5 games played on the road. The Steelers are in trouble, thanks to a faltering offense, which is perhaps why they have been trending UNDER, I still, though, think that these two can combine to take this one OVER the total.

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

This has the potential to be a huge weekend for the Detroit Lions, as they can clinch the NFC North, as well as a playoff spot, with a win over the Minnesota Vikings. They will, though, need to go on the road to get the job done, but they are certainly the favorite to do it against a team that is clinging to playoff life. The Vikings need this one in the worst possible way, and they have been tough to beat at home, where 5 of their last 6 games have fallen under the point total. I think the Vikings can keep the Lions offense in check, and even while I think they will lose, I do believe that the total will go UNDER.

Dallas Cowboys at Miami Dolphins

You look at the offenses of both teams here and you automatically think of the OVER, but I’m not so sure that is what will happen in this one. The Cowboys will be looking to shake off a hammering at the hands of the Buffalo Bills last weekend, a game that saw Dallas manage just 10 points. One thing that points to out pick here is that Dallas has seen 8 of their last 11 road games fall UNDER the point total. In fact, 8 of the last 10 meetings between these 2 teams have gone UNDER, as have 14 of the last 18 games that the Dolphins have played against teams from the NFC East.
