2023 Which Teams Will Win Each 2023 Division

Playoff success and Super Bowl wins can contain randomness. One game to decide a team’s life can be decided by one play.

Success over 17 games, however, is a little easier to predict. There is more stability in regular season win totals, and it can lead to more wins as an NFL bettor.

NFL Betting: Over/Under Wins by Division | MyBookie NFL Betting Preview

2023-2024 NFL Regular Season: Thursday, Sep. 7, 2023 – Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024

AFC East | NFL 2023 Season

One of the most competitive divisions in football, it would be surprising if the three teams at the top didn’t each finish above .500 and push for double-digit wins. The Patriots are looking at a last-place finish for the first time since 2000.

Buffalo Bills – 10.5
Miami Dolphins – 9.5
New York Jets – 9.5
New England Patriots – 7.5

AFC North | NFL 2023 Season

The Bengals are the class of the division, but a healthy and extended Lamar Jackson will have the Ravens back in the division mix. If there is a division that could all finish over .500, this is it, with both Pittsburgh and Cleveland also improved.

Cincinnati Bengals – 11.5
Baltimore Ravens – 10.5
Cleveland Browns – 9.5
Pittsburgh Steelers – 8.5

AFC South | NFL 2023 Season

With two rookie quarterbacks and a Titans team facing age and a rebuild, the AFC South is Jacksonville’s to win. Adding to the Jaguars’ offense is wide receiver Calvin Ridley, making them one of the rising teams in the AFC.

Jacksonville Jaguars – 9.5
Tennessee Titans – 7.5
Indianapolis Colts – 6.5
Houston Texans – 6.5

AFC West | NFL 2023 Season

The Chiefs have won seven consecutive AFC West division titles, and they have hosted the AFC Championship Game for five straight years. Not much is likely to change this year. A healthy Chargers team, if they can stay healthy, could push KC into a Week 18 division title game if we’re lucky.

Kansas City Chiefs – 11.5
Los Angeles Chargers – 9.5
Denver Broncos – 8.5
Las Vegas Raiders – 6.5

NFC East | NFL 2023 Season

The Giants take a step back from last year’s surprise, and the Commanders at least have their owner and new life. But this division is a two-horse race between the Eagles and Cowboys.

Philadelphia Eagles – 10.5
Dallas Cowboys – 9.5
New York Giants – 7.5
Washington Commanders – 6.5

NFC North | NFL 2023 Season

The Detroit Lions on top? The Green Bay Packers at the bottom? No division reflects the changing times in the NFL more than the NFC North.

Detroit Lions – 9.5
Minnesota Vikings – 8.5
Chicago Bears – 7.5
Green Bay Packers – 7.5

NFC South | NFL 2023 Season

A complete quarterback shuffle in the division has the Saints on top with Derek Carr as their new signal caller. If Desmond Ridder really is the guy in Atlanta, the Falcons are expected to push New Orleans and break .500.

New Orleans Saints – 9.5
Atlanta Falcons – 8.5
Carolina Panthers – 7.5
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – 6.5

NFC West | NFL 2023 Season

The 49ers are tied with the highest win total line in the NFL at 11.5. The Cardinals are dead last in the NFL with 4.5 wins. Seattle will also be competitive, but the bottom half of the NFC West is the worst in football.

San Francisco 49ers – 11.5
Seattle Seahawks – 8.5
Los Angeles Rams – 6.5
Arizona Cardinals – 4.5
