Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals will take place on Saturday, with the Florida Panthers having a chance to finish the season off and becoming champions and NHL Odds are there to prove it.

Florida at Edmonton, Game 3: 2024 NHL Stanley Cup Finals Analysis

NHL Lines: Oilers -122, Panthers -104 (total 5.5)
Score Prediction: Oilers 4, Panthers 2

Stanley Cup Final Game 4

After a win on Thursday, the Panthers lead the best of 7 series 3-0.

The Edmonton Oilers will have to win this game on Saturday, and three more to come from behind.

The Florida Panthers have been red hot.

After winning their final four games of the regular season, the Panthers have won 15 out of 21 games in the postseason.

Florida eliminated the Lightning, Bruins and Rangers so far in the postseason.

For the Edmonton Oilers, the dream is about to come to an end.

The Oilers won 49 regular season games, and are now 12-9 so far in the postseason.

Edmonton took care of the Los Angeles Kings, Vancouver Canucks and Dallas Stars in the postseason.

The Edmonton Oilers are -128 in this game over the Florida Panthers.

Panthers One Win Away

Sam Reinhart got the party started for Florida in the first period.

After leading 1-0 after one, the Oilers tied the game.

After that though, it was all Panthers.

Vladimir Taraseno scored his fourth of the regular season, and then Sam Bennett and Alexsander Barkov added goals to lead 4-1 after two periods.

Segei Bobrovsky was just good enough, turning away 32 shots to move a single game away.

It was his sixth straight win as the goaltender.

During that six game winning streak, he has allowed just 9 total goals.

In the regular season, he allowed 2.37 goals per game.

Reinhart had two points in the game, and now has three in the series.

Matthew Tkachuk had an assist in the Game 3 win, which was his first point of the series.

Barkov now has four points in the series.

Edmonton Looking to Find some Magic

The Edmonton Oilers saw their first goal in Game 3 come from Warren Foegele.

Edmonton then made it 4-2 as Philip Broberg scored his second goal of the postseason.  Ryan McLeod made it 4-3, with just over 5:00 to go in the game, but that was all the Oilers could handle off the tough Florida defense.

Connor McDavid did have two assists in the game.

He now has three for the series.

He leads all players in postseason points.

Leon Draisaitl has yet to record a point in this series.

He had two goals and two assists in the series win over Dallas.

Evan Bouchard was huge in the Dallas series with 7 points; he has just one so far in this series.

Sutart Skinner allowed 4 goals and has now allowed 9 through three games in this series.

In the last six postseason wins for Skinner, he has allowed 2 or less.

In the last five losses, he has allowed a total of 15 goals.

Oilers Keep Season Alive

We do think the Edmonton Oilers have it in them to grab a win.

The National Hockey League season may end in Sunrise Florida, but the Oilers do not want it to end in Edmonton yet.

Look for the Oilers to play their best hockey of the series and win this game.

The final bet for this game is the Edmonton Oilers -128 over the Florida Panthers.

Enjoy the game and best of luck with all your National Hockey League betting!

2022 NHL Stanley Cup Odds: Avalanche vs Lightning Betting Analysis for Game 4

Previous Betting News

It’s hard to put a champion to the sword in the playoffs, which is something that every team that has faced the Tampa Bay Lightning over the past 3 years have learned very quickly. The Lightning are in their 3rd straight Stanley Cup Final, having won the last 2, and they are back in this series after taking Game 3 from the Colorado Avalanche. They still have some work to do, though, as a loss in Game 4 on home ice would mean that the Avs would be heading home with a shot at winning the cup in their own building. That makes Game 4 the most pivotal of the entire series, which is why it really is a must watch game. The next game in this series is set for Wednesday night in Tampa, and it is the Avalanche who are once again in as the favorite. The goal total for this one is set at 6. It’s time to take a closer look at both teams and how they arrive to Game 4 of the 2022 finals so you can make your bets against their Stanley Cup Odds.

Colorado Avalanche versus Tampa Bay Lightning: Stanley Cup Finals Game Four Info

When: Wednesday, June 22 at 8 PM EST
Where: Amalie Arena, Tampa
TV: ABC

Why bet on the Colorado Avalanche

Over the course of the regular season and the playoffs to this point, the Colorado Avalanche have certainly lived up to their billing as the favorite to win it all. They won 2 of their 3 series by way of a sweep, and after winning the opening 2 games of the Stanley Cup Final, it looked like they might be on their way to another one. This was especially true after winning Game 2 by a score of 7-0. It’s never easy to win on the road in the playoffs, as the Avs found when they lost 6-2 to the Lightning in Tampa in Game 3. That, though, was the first road game that the Avalanche lost in their last 8, so plenty of reason to believe they can win this one. The OVER has now hit in each of their last 4 games, and the OVER has also hot in the last 5 games following one where the Avs were held to 2 or fewer goals in their previous outing.

Why bet on the Tampa Bay Lightning

After the 7-0 loss in Game 2, the headlines were all about the possibility of the 2-time defending Stanley Cup champions getting swept. It’s almost as though the people creating those headlines had never seen this team play over the last 3 seasons. The Lightning were never going to go down without a fight, and while their 6-2 win in Game 3 was a big one, they will be well aware that they still have a lot to do if they are to get the threepeat. They have been very good in games immediately following a win, going 8-2 SU in the last 10 games after a winning performance. Before the final, it was the UNDER that was trending for the Lightning. In games following a one where they held the opponent to 2 or fewer goals, the UNDER has hit 6 in a row.

Expert Pick and Final Score Prediction

We wrote about the potential outcomes of this series last week, with the Avalanche winning in 6 being the one that we liked the most. I am still sticking to that prediction, although I do like Colorado to win a close one in Game 4.

NHL Stanley Cup Betting Analysis of the Vegas Golden Knights at Florida Panthers Game 4

Previous Betting News

Prior to Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final, with the Panthers down 0-2, Matthew Tkachuk spoke out and essentially suggested that the series was dead if his team did not get the win on Thursday night. It was a bold statement from a player who could likely win the MVP if the Panthers can dig out of the hole and win it all, and it was one that seemed to have an impact. The Panthers came from behind to win 3-2 on Thursday night and very much turn this into a series, at least for now. The fact of the matter is that as big as the win was for the Panthers, it will, in the grand scheme of things, mean little if they go out and lose Game 4 on home ice. That game will go on Saturday night, with the Panthers once again in as the favorite in the NHL Odds. The goal total for this one is set at 6.

Vegas Golden Knights at Florida Panthers Game 4 Info

When: Saturday, June 10 at 8 PM EST
Where: FLA Live Arena, Sunrise
TV: TNT

Why bet on the Vegas Golden Knights

Despite losing Game 3, the Vegas Golden Knights are still very much in the driver’s seat, as they are still in possession of home ice advantage after winning both games in their own building. The fact of the matter is that many fans expected the Golden Knights to lose this one, as a desperate team going home in an 0-2 hole very often battles to get their way back into the series. With that in mind, you could argue that Game 4 is going to be the critical game in this series. Every series is different, but if you look back at what Vegas has done this offseason, you find that they are 1-2 in the 3 Game 4 outings they have had in this postseason run. On the flipside, they were 3-0 in Game 3 prior to Thursday, so maybe those stats mean very little.

Why bet on the Florida Panthers

After going down 3-1 to the Bruins in the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, the Panthers became almost unbeatable, losing just 1 more game on their way to the final. With that in mind, it was somewhat jarring to see them losing the opening 2 games to Vegas. Many people were quick to write them off after that start, almost seeming to forget what they did in Round 1 versus the Bruins. That said, the Panthers came about as close to going into an 0-3 hole as you can get without actually doing it, heading to OT to get the win in Game 3. Just as Vegas are, the Panthers have also gone 1-2 in Game 4 during these playoffs, so something definitely has to give in that regard. Saturday night is, just like Game 3, a must win for the Panthers, as going down 3-1 and heading back to Vegas might be a bridge too far for them.

Expert Pick and Series Prediction

I believe that the obvious bet here is to take the Vegas Golden Knights at +1 ½, as I think Game 4 might be another tight affair. I actually think Vegas might get the win to move to the brink of winning the Stanley Cup.
