Over/Under total NFL odds for week 2 have landed.
Most expect the Bills and Dolphins to score at will based on the 50.5 total.
Saints and Cowboys should be a defensive struggle and Steelers versus Broncos projects as a snorer.
The over-under odds on Bengals versus KC is at a healthy 48.5.

Writer’s NFL Over/Under Picks for the Second Week of the Season
Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins – O/U: 50.5
Thursday, September 12th, 2024
Bills versus Dolphins projects as a barn burner.
The oddsmakers believe Tua Tagovailoa and Josh Allen light it up.
Both teams have a decent defenses, though.
Not only that, but the Bills are likely to lean on the rush and the Fins will possibly do the same.
There’s a good chance each team works to keep the ball out of the other quarterback’s hand.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Under 50.5
New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys – O/U: 44.5
Sunday, September 15th, 2024
The New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys have offenses that can get it done, but it’s not likely to be the case for the Saints in this game.
Dallas’ defense is solid.
Also, like most every team in the NFL, the defense and offense step it up at home.
Big D will put the clamps on Derek Carr and the Saints.
Dallas wins by over 20 and this still goes under.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Under 44.5
Pittsburgh Steelers at Denver Broncos – O/U: 40.5
Sunday, September 15th, 2024
This total is out of whack.
Pittsburgh won’t have a good offense this NFL season, but Denver will.
Sean Payton has his guy under center.
Bo Nix plays behind a solid offensive line.
Also, Payton’s offense is almost impossible to keep from scoring points if everybody does their job.
Sean’s got the players to give Nix a lot to work with.
In addition, Bo is 24.
So he’s not your average NFL rookie.
He’s as mature as it gets.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Over 40.5
Cincinnati Bengals at Kansas City Chiefs – O/U: 48.5
Sunday, September 15th, 2024
Chiefs versus Ravens ended 27-20.
So if the same total was assigned to that game, it would have gone under.
The total should go over in this.
The Chiefs will have an easier time scoring against the Bengals’ D than they did versus the Ravens.
Not only that, but Cincinnati’s Burrow knows how to light up the Chiefs.
Joe Cool plays against offensive line he’s head since going pro.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Over 48.5
Chicago Bears at Houston Texans – O/U: 50.5
Sunday, September 15th, 2024
Bears at Texans is one of those games that projects as high scoring but may fall short of the total.
To put this in perspective, the Bears could lose this 28-21 and the game would go under.
Caleb Williams is a rookie.
So we shouldn’t expect too much versus a strong Texans squad on the road.
C.J. Stroud will move the football but the Bears’ defense is a top ten unit.
Under is the play.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Under 50.5
Atlanta Falcons at Philadelphia Eagles – O/U: 48.5
Monday, September 16th, 2024
Go over in the Battle of the Birds.
The Eagles are going to have to outscore teams to win football games this season.
Falcons’ defense will be okay because Matthew Judon and Justin Simmons take the D from a B- to an A.
But no defense is going to stop Saquon Barkley, Jalen Hurts, DeVonta Smith, and A.J. Brown.
So Philly is going to put up points.
Kirk Cousins has a lot of weapons.
Over for sure.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: Over 48.5

That brings us to our NFL Week 2 Over/Under Picks. With the help of MyBookie’s expert, the NFL O/U picks should give you have a great chance to cash in NFL Week 2. Now, let’s get started.
NFL Week 2 Over/Under Betting Picks | MyBookie Regular Season Preview
2023-24 NFL | 104th season of the National Football League
Regular Season: September 13th, 2023 – January 19th, 2024
Minnesota Vikings at Philadelphia Eagles | Thursday Night Football
O/U Total: 48.5
Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. | NBC
Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA
Minnesota played a low-scoring Week One game, but a lot of that had to do with their inability to quit turning the football over. That can be said for the Eagles as well. Both teams have offenses that have explosive players.
This game is going to go OVER the number. Justin Jefferson on one side of the field and Jalen Hurts on the other side; there is a good chance for a shootout. Bet the OVER 48.5 here.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: OVER 8.5 | Bet Vikings at Eagles
MyBookie Betting Lines for the Total
Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
O/U Total: 43.5
Sunday, September 17th, 2023at 1:00 p.m. | NBC
Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL
The Chicago Bears defense was pretty miserable in the Week One loss to the Green Bay Packers. Now, the Bears will have to go on the road to Tampa and take on Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers. The Buccaneers kept a low-scoring game but had opportunities as well.
Look for Justin Fields to get his offense back on track while Baker Mayfield gets more connected with Evans and Godwin. Take the OVER 43.5 in this game on Sunday.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: OVER 43.5 | Bet Bears at Buccaneers
MyBookie Betting Lines for the Total
Los Angeles Chargers at Tennessee Titans
O/U Total: 45.5
Sunday, September 17th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. | CBS
Nissan Stadium, Nashville, TN
The Chargers lost in the highest-scoring game of the week. There is no doubt that the Titans are going to do their best to limit Justin Herbert, Keenan Allen, and Austin Ekeler, but that’s a lot to slow down.
The Titans use their run game to keep the ball moving and get it in the end zone, while the Chargers use their athletes. 45.5 points is not enough here. The winner in this game gets to 30. Bet the OVER 45.5 on Sunday.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: OVER 45.5 | Bet Chargers at Titans
MyBookie Betting Lines for the Total
Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals
O/U Total: 46.5
Sunday, September 17th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. | CBS
Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, OH
The Ravens are 1-0 after their win, while the Bengals are 0-1. Something is not right with Joe Burrow and his Bengals offense.
Conversely, the Ravens will do their best to keep the ball on the ground and the clock moving. This game looks to move towards the UNDER 46 points. A final score prediction of something like 24-17 in this game seems right.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: UNDER 46.5 | Bet Ravens at Bengals
MyBookie Betting Lines for the Total
Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots | Sunday Night Football
O/U Total: 45.5
Sunday, September 17th, 2023 at 8:20 p.m. | NBC
Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA
Tua and the Miami Dolphins offense was one of the highest-scoring teams in the National Football League for Week 1.
The quarterback threw for over 460 yards in the game, while 215 went to Tyreke Hill. The Patriots are going to have a tough time stopping them. They slowed down Jalen Hurts, but now a different offense is coming.
Look for Miami to get to 30 in this game again and win, so it makes sense to go OVER. 31-17 Dolphins over the Patriots seems to be a good bet for OVER.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: OVER 45.5 | Bet Dolphins at Patriots
MyBookie Betting Lines for the Total
Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers | Monday Night Football
O/U Total: 42.5
Monday, September 18th, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. | ABC, ESPN+
Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh, PA
There is no doubt that Mike Tomlin and his Pittsburgh Steelers will want to even the division up with a home win. The Cleveland Browns defense appeared to be one of the best in the league after Week 1.
This game is going to be a slugfest, and do not be surprised if neither team gets into 20+ points. Bet the UNDER 42.5 here on Monday Night Football.
NFL Week 2 O/U Pick: UNDER 42.5 | Bet Browns at Steelers

2020 NFL Betting Analysis – Week 2 O/U Picks
Previous Betting News
Given that there were no preseason games in which to shake off the rust and iron out the kinks, the belief among many NFL fans was that we would be served some sloppy football this weekend. That did not prove to be the case, though, as the quality of play was high. That’s very good news indeed, as it means that we are likely to see things get even better as the season progresses. For the teams that lost in Week 1, this week is all about not falling into an 0-2 hole. History has shown that climbing out of that and making the playoffs is tough, although with an extra playoff spot in each conference this year, it might not be as damaging as before. We are looking at the Week 2 games from every angle and have come up with some O/U picks for the weekend that you can wager on and place your bets against their NFL odds. We will also have SU and ATS picks coming your way, so be sure to watch out for those.
2020 NFL Odds for Week 2 Over/Under Total Picks to Bet On
Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys (OVER 52 ½)
Both of these teams are looking to avoid the dreaded 0-2 hole after losing in the opening weekend. The Falcons, and Matt Ryan in particular, put up a ton of offense in Week 1, but still ended up losing 38-25 to the Seattle Seahawks. They have now seen 5 of their last 6 games versus teams from the NFC go OVER the point total. The Dallas Cowboys looked solid offensively at the start of their game against the LA Rams, but it did not last, as they ended up falling 20-17 to the Rams. That was odd for a team that has seen 13 of their last 20 games go OVER. The OVER has hit in 6 of the last 7 meetings between these teams in Dallas, so it seems like a good bet here.
Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (OVER 48 ½)
Counting the games played last season, the Carolina Panthers are now on a 9-game losing skid. They dropped 30 points on the Las Vegas Raiders at home and still managed to come out on the losing end of things. With that result, they have now seen 6 of their last 7 games go the way of the OVER. They have also seen the OVER hit in each of their last 5 games versus a conference foe. A lot of people are overreacting after seeing Tom Brady and the Bucs struggle in a Week 1 loss to the Saints, but I still think this team will come good. They have seen the OVER hit in 10 of their last 13 games, while also seeing the same in each of their last 10 conference games.
Baltimore Ravens at Houston Texans (OVER 51 ½)
I have read enough, I need to place my bet now. What to do?
The Baltimore Ravens ended last regular season with the best record in football, but they ended the year on a sour note after getting bounced in the opening round of the playoffs. They came out in Week 1 and looked just like the team from last regular season, dominating the Cleveland Browns from start to finish. They will face a Texans team that is sure to still be reeling after getting thumped by the Kansas City Chiefs in the opening week. This is a brutal schedule for them. 4 of the last 5 meetings between these teams in Houston have gone OVER.

NFL 2021 Regular Season Week 2 O/U Betting Picks
Previous Betting News
If the rest of the NFL season is going to deliver as many surprises as we saw in Week 1, then we are in for a treat in 2021. We saw a few potential Super Bowl favorites lose in the opening weekend, while also seeing a couple of teams emerge as potential dark horses. Of course, it is ridiculous to make any such statements after just 1 game, but it is going to be interesting to see how everyone responds in Week 2. Is there trouble in Green Bay? Are the Ravens about to fall to 0-2? And is the Steelers defense the best in the league? These are just a few of the questions that we are looking at heading into the second week of the season. We will get those answers soon enough, but for now, let’s turn our attention to our O/U picks for Week 2 of the 2021 Regular Season so you can bet against the NFL odds. We went 2-1 last week, so hoping for better in Week 2.
Week 2 O/U Picks for the 2021 Season | NFL Betting
New York Giants at Washington Football Team (UNDER 40 ½)
Last season, the NFC East was a bit of a nightmare, with Washington coming out on top and heading to the playoffs with a losing record. After the opening weekend, we are looking at 3 teams in the East sitting at 0-1, with the Philadelphia Eagles the only team to get a win in their season opener. It goes without saying that even at this early stage, a win in needed for both of these teams, which suggests we might be looking at a bit of a cagey affair here. Setting aside the win here, let’s instead look at the point total. The Giants are on a run that has seen them go UNDER in 8 straight games, with the same outcome in 6 of Washington’s last 7. The UNDER has hit in 13 of the last 19 meetings between these teams, so it looks like a good bet here.
Cincinnati Bengals at Chicago Bears (UNDER 45)
As we mentioned at the top of this piece, there were several surprises delivered in Week 1. While not a surprise of the huge variety, many of us were still shocked to see the Cincinnati Bengals take out the Minnesota Vikings as a 3-point dog. Perhaps less surprising was the Chicago Bears getting blown out 34-13 by the LA Rams. It’s still early, but already we are seeing Bears fans looking for the coaching staff to yank Andy Dalton and put Justin Fields in at QB. Dalton will likely start again this weekend, which could help keep the score in this one low. Both teams have seen 5 of their last 6 against non-conference foes go UNDER, so let’s stick with that trend.
Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (OVER 52)
It’s never easy to go out and repeat as a Super Bowl champion, which was something that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quickly learned in Week 1. They needed a late FG to get past the Dallas Cowboys at home in the Thursday night game, but I’m not so sure they will be tested quite as much in this one. The Falcons looked terrible in a blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in their season opener and may well be on the end of another spanking here. That said, the Falcons could take advantage of what looks to be a week Buccaneers secondary, so that could mean a lot of points hitting the board. Let’s take the OVER.
