Houston Texans -3 at Carolina Panthers

After the hiccup versus the New York Jets, many questioned whether the Eagles were as good as so many believed. In their NFL Week 7 demolition of the Miami Dolphins, Philly left no doubt that they’re one of the NFL’s top teams. Philadelphia should squash the Washington Commanders, which was horrendous versus the New York Giants in another loss.

Houston had a bye last week, which is one of the reasons they’re a top team to back to cover in NFL Week 8 C.J. Stroud has an advantage over top pick and Carolina quarterback Bryce Young. Stroud’s offensive line is much better. Stroud can also lean on a top rushing attack and Houston’s D is better than Carolina’s. Texans cover.
