The 2021-22 NBA season is off to a roaring start. Las Vegas has put the Cleveland Cavaliers down as underdogs in each of their first 11 games, only to see them go 7-4 to this point in the year. This is the time to be choosing underdogs and making the big bucks.
There is going the usual full slate this week. Let’s take a look at a few games worth taking a flier on so you can bet against the NBA odds.
Top Must Bet NBA Games From Nov. 8th to 12th
Miami Heat at Denver Nuggets – Monday
After getting swept in the first round of the playoffs, the Heat knew they needed to make some moves. The team was not equipped to win big, also noted as the team finished in the sixth spot a year after reaching the NBA Finals. They have opened 7-2 in 2021-22.
As for Denver, they have been a bit up and down. They also just lost Michael Porter Jr. to back soreness on Saturday, which has been an issue his whole career. He may have to miss a little time, and there is a good chance he misses this game.
Outside of Nikola Jokic, Denver is always having to be hopeful for big performances from other guys. Choosing Miami will allow for easy money and a quick payday. Go for it.
Sacramento Kings at San Antonio Spurs – Wednesday
Not that it’s very surprising, but the Spurs are off to a pretty slow start once again this year. With DeMar DeRozan gone, the team is simply not good enough to compete fully. Watching him dominate with the Bulls, it is clear how much people didn’t realize how good he was for this team.
On the other end, the Kings have been a very solid defensive team. They are hovering near .500 but have been so much fun to watch. Buddy Hield is hitting 38-foot buzzer-beaters, Davion Mitchell locking down other team’s leading scorers, and a center platoon that is blocking shots at an impressive rate.
Sacramento is slightly better than their opponents and can definitely pluck a win out of the hat. Make sure you bet on them.
New York Knicks at Charlotte Hornets – Friday
Sure, the Knicks have losses to the Pacers and Cavs within the past week. They also rallied from 21 down against the Bucks and have all the talent they need for the time being. When they’re healthy, they have a solid 10-man rotation and a star in Julius Randle that is still playing at a high level.
Charlotte, on the other side, also has an impressive depth chart, though they have not impressed much in their past few games. LaMelo Ball is going crazy again, while Miles Bridges is teaching everybody he is a lot more than just a vicious dunker. There is so much to love about the Hornets, but they still do plenty of losing.
The Knicks match up pretty well here and will be a shooing to come away as the road victors. Friday nights always see the Knicks at their best. So, choose them in your weekend parlays.
