NFL Super Bowl 56 Betting Update After Week 10: Bills Become Outright Favorite

NFL Super Bowl 56 Betting Update After Week 10: Bills Become Outright Favorite

Odds to win Super Bowl 56 change week-to-week. After a favorite loses, their odds tend to rise. Then after a team wins, their odds tend to fall. NFL Week 10 didn’t see massive changes in odds to the upside. After the games on Sunday, one team did fall like an anvil in a Bugs Bunny cartoon, though. Check out why the New England Patriots are now a top 10 contender based on odds to win the Super Bowl. Also, see how the Chiefs played their way back into the top 4 and what happened to the odds on the Rams after their bumbling, stumbling loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night.

Bills become chalk after D.C. beats Tampa

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell 19-29 to the Washington Football Team in Week 10. Although Tampa remains a solid second-choice, the Buccaneers are no longer the team to beat to win the Super Bowl.

Favoritism has fallen onto the Buffalo Bills even though Josh Allen and his mates beat up on the New York Jets this past Sunday, and lost to the Jaguars in NFL Week 9. Any team that loses to the Jags shouldn’t be a chalk to win the Super Bowl.

So, no, the Bills don’t offer fair odds. Neither do the Buccaneers. Tom Brady is human. He made some big time mistakes in the loss to the Commanders.

Not only that, but even though the Saints have lost 4 games, they’re still just a contest behind Tampa in the NFC South.

After landing OBJ, Rams become third choice before their Monday night game versus SF

The Los Angeles Rams became the third choice to win the Super Bowl before the Niners dumped them 31-10.

LAR went from a +615 third choice on Monday to a +740 third choice on Tuesday. The odds change doesn’t make the Rams a team to back.

Why? Sean McVeigh’s squad has dropped 2-of-3. Both losses happened versus team that could pressure quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Signing OBJ will help, but if the line doesn’t give Staff time, it won’t matter. Stafford is a good quarterback. He’s a great quarterback behind a decent offensive line. The Rams’ O-line is a mess right now.

Packers and Chiefs leapfrog Cardinals on Super Bowl odds list

The Green Bay Packers dusted the Seattle Seahawks 17-0. As of mid-November, Aaron Rodgers and the Pack are the NFC’s top squad.

Few teams have a future hall of fame quarterback, a terrific rushing attack, and one of the best defenses in the NFL. Green Bay has no excuses this season.

Kansas City might be back on track after dominating the rival Las Vegas Raiders 41-17. Patrick Mahomes was brilliant in the victory, 406 yards and 5 TD passes, which is one of the reasons the odds on KC dropped from +1400 to +790.

KC has a tougher road than Green Bay to win their conference. Wait another week before backing Mahomes and his mates just in case the win over the Raiders was an anomaly.

Odds on the Cowboys and Titans plummet to under +900

Two teams dropped to below +900. Among the two, the Dallas Cowboys look like the better play.

Dallas’ defense held Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons to 3 points in a fantastic 43-3 win. Dak was on fire. CeeDee Lamb played great. The Cowboys are back on track after the stunning loss to Denver in Week 9.

Tennessee got lucky versus the New Orleans Saints. If Saints kicker Brian Johnson hadn’t missed a couple of extra points, New Orleans may have won the game. Instead, the Titans beat the Saints 23-21 for their sixth straight victory.

After dominating performance in win against Cleveland, New England is now the wise guy choice

The team whose odds took the biggest dive are the New England Patriots. The Patriots absolutely destroyed the Cleveland Browns in a game many experts believed would expose New England as a fraud.

Mac Jones and the Pats dropped a 45-point bomb onto Baker Mayfield and Cleveland in the 45-7 win. New England is a game behind the Bills for the AFC East lead.

One team offers +515. The other squad offers +1870. Which team should you consider backing? The team offering +1870, which means it’s time to jump on the Patriots.

Based on the past few weeks, Mac Jones could very well be the next Tom Brady. Yes, he’s played that well, which means a repeat of the 2002 Super Bowl, where the Patriots upset Los Angeles Rams as a +12 ½ underdog, is a possibility.
