Betting 2024 Cincinnati Bengals Season
Heading into last offseason, the Cincinnati Bengals had a single purpose, to protect Joe Burrow.
When the former Heisman Trophy winner is healthy, Cincinnati is one of the best teams in the NFL.
But when Burrow is hurt, which occurred again last season, the Bengals play well below their talent level.
Because Cincinnati rebuilt their offensive line, this blog assumes that Burrow stays healthy the entire season.
Based on the assumption, will the Bengals go over or under their game total?
Check out NFL odds, analysis, and a prediction regarding the Cincinnati Bengals over/under game total.

Predictions for the rest of the Cincinnati Bengals Games
Week 2 at Kansas City Chiefs
This should be a Cincinnati loss.
Although the Bengals can hang with the Chiefs, Cincinnati is much too tough of a team at Arrowhead for the Bengals to beat.
Not only that, but Patrick Mahomes refuses to bow to Joe Burrow any longer.
For a couple of seasons, Burrow owned Mahomes and Chiefs. Not anymore.
Week 5 vs Baltimore Ravens
There will be motivation on both sides.
Baltimore knows it blew a chance to win the Super Bowl last season.
So the Ravens will be ready to rock their AFC North opponents. But this game happens at Cincinnati.
Let’s chalk up a Bengals’ win.
Week 7 at Cleveland Browns
Kevin Stefanski, the Browns head coach, is a two time NFL Coach of the Year.
This season, Stefanski will boast one of the top defenses in the NFL.
The Bengals lose this game.
Week 8 vs Philadelphia Eagles
It’s difficult to know where Philadelphia lands this season.
The Eagles had a terrible 2023. Also, they lost Hasson Reddick. So the defense may not be as talented as many expect.
Cincinnati wins, which means the Bengals go over the total.
Week 10 at Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore exacts revenge in a game that should help determine the team that takes the AFC North crown this NFL season.
Lamar and his mates get the W.
Week 11 at Los Angeles Chargers
Harbaugh’s team shouldn’t beat Kansas City and win the AFC West.
But the Bolts will challenge for a wild card.
By NFL Week 11, the Bengals will be in a good position to make the playoffs.
So they should take a backward step in this while Harbaugh’s fellas step it up.
Week 14 at Dallas Cowboys
The Boys are an NFC contender.
Cincinnati could be the slightly better team, but it’s put up or shut up time in Big D. Cowboys prevail.
Week 18 at Pittsburgh Steelers
The game might determine the team that wins the AFC North.
Pittsburgh will be fighting for a wild card while the Bengals should be playing for the division title.
Beating a motivated Steelers side in Pittsburgh is never easy.
But the Bengals are the better overall team. So Cincinnati gets it done.
Final Betting Burrow and the Bengals go over 10.5
Cincinnati has a difficult schedule, but the Bengals should lose no more than 5 games, which means at the end of the day, Cincinnati ends up 12-5. Will that be enough to overtake the Baltimore Ravens and win the AFC North?
Time will tell. Also, if Burrow suffers another injury that causes Joe Cool to miss significant time, Cincinnati ends up losing at least 7 games.
Keep that in mind as you handicap the Bengals’ over/under prospects.

Cincinnati Bengals 2023 Season Home/Away Betting Guide
Previous Betting News
While the NFL has yet to release its 2023 schedule, the league has released who everyone will play in the upcoming season. It’s always interesting to take a look at a team’s opponents prior to the season. The first schedule we will dissect is that of the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals are one of the favorites to represent the AFC in the 2024 Super Bowl. With an improved offensive line, and Joe Burrow having another year under his belt, this team should be very strong. The Bengals also have a very strong defense as well.
We will now give you a brief Home/Away betting analysis of each of the Bengals opponents for the 2023 season before the NFL lines to win the Super Bowl go out.
2023 Cincinnati Bengals Home/Away Schedule Analysis
Cincinnati Bengals: 54th season in the NFL
Owner: Mike Brown
Head Coach: Zac Taylor
Home Field: Paycor Stadium | Cincinnati, Ohio
2023 Cincinnati Bengals Home Games
We will first take a look at their AFC North foes. It’s hard to analyze the Baltimore Ravens at this point, as we don’t know whether or not they’ll have Lamar Jackson. The Ravens did sign Odell Beckham, so that will help fix one of Baltimore’s biggest weaknesses.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are in rebuild mode. Kenny Pickett will be in his second season, and he does have some nice offensive weapons. The Cleveland Browns will be as good as DeShaun Watson is. If he plays like he did last season, the Browns will struggle again.
The toughest home game for the Cincinnati Bengals will be the one against Buffalo. The Bills lost some key defensive pieces, but they will still be one of the top teams in the AFC. Another tough home game will be against the Minnesota Vikings.
The Vikings will have a very good offense led by Justin Jefferson. We can’t forget about Seattle being a good team as well. The Seahawks surprised some people last year, and we look for them to be good again.
The Bengals will have some rebuilding teams on the home portion of their schedule, as they’ll host the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. Both teams will more than likely have rookie starting quarterbacks.
2023 Cincinnati Bengals Away Games
Besides the AFC North games, their toughest away games will be trips to Kansas City and San Francisco. The Chiefs were able to beat the Bengals at “Burrowhead” Stadium in last year’s playoffs. San Francisco should have one of the top defenses in the league once again, along with a very strong offense.
Another strong opponent that the Bengals will see on the road is the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags were a playoff team last year, and are the favorites to win the AFC South this season. This is a very dangerous team.
Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers will also host the Bengals. We’re not sure if Austin Ekeler will be a Charger or not, and that makes a huge difference. The away portion of their schedule will be completed by the Arizona Cardinals and the Tennessee Titans.
2023 Cincinnati Bengals Draft Picks
How many draft picks do the Bengals have in 2023? They own seven picks in the next NFL Draft.
2023 Cincinnati Bengals Home/Away Final Analysis
The oddsmakers have spoken, and they have set the Cincinnati Bengals win total at 11.5. We like them to go over this total. Even with a very tough schedule this season, we think this team is one of the best in the league. Joe Burrow is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, and the team surrounding him has gotten better in the offseason.

Previous Betting News
No one expected the Cincinnati Bengals to win the AFC last season. Many thought that they would be much improved, and could even make a run at a playoff spot, but it was a shock that the Bengals represented the AFC in the Super Bowl. Although they didn’t win the game, they nearly upset the Rams and became one of the most unlikely Super Bowl winners of all time.
Even with a porous offensive line and a defense that was questionable at times, Joe Burrow led the Bengals to the Super Bowl. Burrow will be behind an improved offensive line this season, so we could see an even better Bengals team this year. Let’s have a closer look at the Bengals and what lies ahead for them so you can bet against their NFL Team Totals odds.
Cincinnati Bengals: A Surprise No More! | NFL Betting
How Many Wins Should We Expect From the Bengals?
The AFC is loaded this season, and the oddsmakers have taken that into consideration. They’ve predicted 9.5 wins for the Bengals this season. We’ll see if they can overtake that number, or if they’ll fall short. If they want to make the playoffs, it’s probably going to take at least 10 wins.
And Their Opponents!
In Week 1, they open up at home against their divisional foes, the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers will have a new quarterback under center this season. They’ll take a Week 2 trip to “Jerry World” to take on the Dallas Cowboys. This one should be full of offense.
In Week 3 they head to New Jersey to take on the New York Jets. That game will be followed by a visit from the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football. In Week 5, they’ll head to Baltimore for a key divisional matchup. This one will be a big one, as this will be the Sunday Night Football game of the week. In Week 6, they’ll be on the road again, as they head to the “Big Easy” to take on the New Orleans Saints.
Week 7 will bring the Falcons to Cincinnati. In Week 8, we’ll have the Battle for Ohio on Halloween night as the Bengals head to the Dawg Pound. This will be the Monday night game. The Carolina Panthers will head to Cincinnati for a Week 9 game. Week 10 will be Cincinnati’s bye week. That will be followed by a trip to Pittsburgh for a Sunday night affair.
In Week 12, The Bengals will begin a season-ending stretch that is one of the toughest stretches of games in the league this season. Cincinnati will head to Nashville to take on the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee shouldn’t be as strong as they were last season, after losing some key pieces from last year’s team. Week 13 will see a matchup of two of the top young quarterbacks in the league as Burrow will welcome Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs to Cincinnati.
It doesn’t get any easier in Week 14, as the Browns come to town. If Deshaun Watson is available to play, the Browns will be very tough. The Bengals tough stretch continues in Week 15, as the Bengals head to sunny Florida to take on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Week 16 will see them head to New England on Christmas Eve to take on the Patriots. They’ll finish their brutal run of games in Week 17 as they play host to the Buffalo Bills in the final regular season game on Monday Night Football.

Cincinnati Bengals Season Win/Loss Total Odds & Prediction
Previous Betting News
The start of the NFL season is still a few months in the future, but with the release of the win/loss totals for every team, is there really a better time to start talking about how the new season might play out. The predictions made at this particular time need to be taken with a grain of salt, as we are going to see rosters change before the first coin toss takes place to start the year. With that in mind, let’s look ahead at what we can perhaps expect from the Cincinnati Bengals, whose win/loss total is currently set at 6.
Cincinnati Bengals 2019 Season Win/Loss Total Odds & Prediction
Cincinnati Bengals 2019 Schedule
Why Bengals over 6 is a good bet?
It is perhaps fair to suggest that the Bengals stuck with Marvin Lewis as their head coach for a couple of seasons too many. Zac Taylor will be the man in charge this season, but he certainly has a job on his hands, taking over a team that went 6-10 last season. A new voice can have an impact on players who got a little too comfortable under the old regime, so perhaps he might light a fire under some veteran guys.
With A.J Green and Tyler Boyd, the Bengals are blessed with a solid 1-2 punch at WR. They also have a manageable schedule in the early part of the season, which might allow them to pick up some wind and get a little bit of confidence going before they head into the meat of the season.
With some improvement from the O-line, this team might just be able to spring some surprises along the way in 2019.
Why Bengals under 6 is a good bet?
While the Bengals certainly have some nice parts, they have a defense that was totally brutal last season, giving up close to 450 YPG. Taylor has some work to do to get that unit up to par, and it certainly doesn’t help that the Bengals have one of the toughest schedules in the league to look forward to.
As we mentioned earlier, the Bengals have a manageable schedule to start the season and could easily be 4-1 or 3-2 after the first 5 weeks. After that, though, things get ridiculously tough, with the likes of the Patriots and the Rams, last years Super Bowl teams, both on the schedule.
Baltimore Ravens 2019 NFL Win/Loss Total Odds & Predictions
Cincinnati Bengals 2019 Regular Season Win/Loss Total Final Analysis
There are teams that get off to a slow start and still have a good season, but you get the sense that the Bengals year hinges on how they come out. If they fall to some very beatable teams in the early weeks, this thing could go off the rails quickly.
Coach Taylor will be looking to make his mark quickly, but just how much can he get out of this squad? There are some personnel changes that need to be made here before this team can compete in what could be a very strong AFC North Division. I just don’t have enough faith in the defense to get the job done here, and while I think the Bengals might end up with a push at 6-10, I am leaning more towards the under.
