• When: Thursday, Dec. 16

The Bolts have a home field edge, but no team is as dominant right now as the Kansas City Chiefs. KC has held their last 3 opponents, including the high-scoring Dallas Cowboys, to 9 points. Kansas City covers.

Las Vegas Raiders vs Cleveland Browns -3

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

The Raiders have fallen apart. There’s no shame in losing to the Kansas City Chiefs. There is shame in losing 48-9. With that being written, it’s difficult to see Cleveland winning two games in a row, and Baker and his mates head into this after beating the rival Baltimore Ravens. Raiders cover.

New England Patriots vs Indianapolis Colts -2

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Yes, the Colts have home field, and, yes, Jonathan Taylor is the best running back in football. But the Patriots don’t make mistakes. Also, Bill Belichick is a master at game planning for specific opponents. Patriots extend their win streak to 8.

Dallas Cowboys -10 ½ vs New York Giants 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Giants starting quarterback Daniel Jones will miss this game. But although that gives Dallas a big edge, Mike Glennon isn’t a bad backup. More importantly, Saquon Barkley should play. Taking the points on the home dog makes the most sense.

Houston Texans vs Jacksonville Jaguars -3

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

In a long line of college coaches making the leap to the NFL turning into disasters, Urban Meyer might be the biggest disaster of all. Jaguars’ coach Shad Kahn made a mistake by hiring Meyer. He’s made a bigger mistake by continuing to pay Meyer a salary. Jaguars’ players don’t want to play for the former college coach. It will show on the field.

NFL Week 15 Pick: Houston Texans moneyline  

Tennessee Titans -1 ½ vs Pittsburgh Steelers

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Right now, the Titans are the better overall team. But Big Ben Roethlisberger has only a few games left as a Pittsburgh Steeler. Unless Pittsburgh makes the playoffs, Ben suits up in Pittsburgh black and gold four more times and that’s it. Roethlisberger ensures a Steelers’ win.

Arizona Cardinals -13 ½ vs Detroit Lions

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

New York Jets vs Miami Dolphins -8 ½ 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Miami has won 5 straight. The Dolphins’ defense has finally gelled. Tua is completing 71% of his passes and has a 5-to-1 TD to INT ratio during the streak. Fins roll.

Washington Football Team vs Philadelphia Eagles -4 ½ 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

The Eagles have gone 3-1 ATS in their last 4. Backup quarterback Gardner Minshew II is part of the reason. He’s a better passer than QB1 Jalen Hurts. Ah, but Hurts is listed as probable. Philadelphia will start Jalen if he’s healthy enough to go, which means the Commanders is the play. 

NFL Week 15 Pick: Washington Football Team  

Carolina Panthers vs Buffalo Bills -10 ½ 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

The Panthers are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games. Even though the Bills could play a let down game after failing to the Bucs in Week 14, there’s nothing positive happening in Carolina that suggests they keep this close. Buffalo dominates.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Denver Broncos -1 ½

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Bengals – Broncos might be NFL Week 15’s most important game. Cincinnati can win the AFC North. To do so, they can’t lose on Sunday. The Broncos are in line for a wildcard. Both 7-6 teams will lay it all on the line in this. Which team prevails? Joe Burrow almost rallied Cincinnati to a come from behind victory against the tough San Francisco 49ers in Week 14. Bengals win and cover. 

NFL Week 15 Pick: Cincinnati Bengals  

Atlanta Falcons vs San Francisco 49ers -9

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

San Francisco is 7-6 and in line for a wildcard. To ensure a playoff berth, the Niners must continue to win. Luckily for SF and their fans, the 49ers should have no trouble blowing out an Atlanta team that has one foot through the doorway to the offseason.

Green Bay Packers -4 ½ vs Baltimore Ravens

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Whether Lamar Jackson plays or not, it won’t matter. Baltimore has no shot of keeping this to within 5 points unless Aaron Rodgers doesn’t suit up. The Ravens’ secondary is a disaster and Rodgers is playing out of his mind. Green Bay wins this by at least 7.

Seattle Seahawks vs Los Angeles Rams -4 ½ 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

Oddsmakers are reading too much into the Rams’ 30-23 win against the Arizona Cardinals. Anyone who watched the game saw how the Cards repeatedly shot themselves in the foot. The Seattle Seahawks are rolling. They beat the 49ers a couple of weeks ago. In Week 14, Russell Wilson and his mates dusted the Houston Texans 33-13. Russell should have a field day throwing against a decimated Rams’ secondary. The Seahawks can win this.

New Orleans Saints vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers -11 

• When: Sunday, Dec. 19

The Bucs ran out to a 17-point lead over the Buffalo Bills. But then, Josh Allen started rushing the football and all of a sudden, it took an overtime TD pass from Tom Brady to Breshad Perriman to seal the Tampa victory. The Saints Taysom Hill is as good of a rusher, if not better, as Allen. Saints cover.    

NFL Week 15 Pick: New Orleans Saints   

Minnesota Vikings -3 ½ vs Chicago Bears 

• When: Monday, Dec. 20

Chicago’s biggest issues are on the defensive side. The Packers rushed for 119. Rodgers threw for over 300. So if Da Bears try and stop Dalvin Cook, Kirk Cousins will beat them with pinpoint passes to Justin Jefferson. The Vikings can still make the playoffs. So Minnesota has motivation heading into the contest.
