The NHL week gets started a little earlier this week, with Monday being a holiday on both sides of the border. If you have the benefit of a day off, then you’ll be able to turn on the TV in the early afternoon and tune into some great NHL action. Given that the games are going off a little early on Monday, we are going to start our NHL parlay picks for the week on Tuesday. All in all, we will have 3 different parlay tickets for you to take a look at this week. Let’s jump right in so you can bet against their NHL Odds.
Parlay Picks to Wager On From Feb. 22nd to 24th | NHL Betting
NHL Parlay – Wild, Panthers, Ducks – Tuesday
The Minnesota Wild are having themselves a very good season, but they look to be destined for 2nd place in the Central given how good the Avalanche are. Still, the Wild are playing well, winning 7 of their last 10, and should be a good bet against the Ottawa Senators.
The Atlantic Division has turned into a great battle for top spot between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Florida Panthers. The Panthers closed out last week with 3 straight wins, taking the top spot again, and should continue to roll versus the Nashville Predators.
We have a good Pacific Division matchup set to go, with the Anaheim Ducks and San Jose Sharks set to square off. The Ducks are sliding a little in the division standing but look like a good pick versus the San Jose Sharks, losers of 6 in a row.
NHL Parlay – Avalanche, Lightning, Stars – Wednesday
The Colorado Avalanche are the favorites to win it all this season and they are certainly living up to their top billing. They have gone 8-1-1 in their last 10 games and are dominating the West. Expect that to continue versus the Detroit Red Wings.
The defending Stanley Cup champion Lightning are in a battle at the top of the Atlantic Division, but despite going 7-2-1 in their last 10, they trail the Panthers by a point. I like Tampa to pick up both points at home to the Edmonton Oilers.
The battle for playoff spots in the Western Conference is a good one, with the Dallas Stars and Winnipeg Jets both trailing but in the hunt. This is a crucial meeting for both teams, but I think the Stars edge it on home ice.
NHL Parlay – Maple Leafs, Panthers, Penguins – Thursday
While the Atlantic Division looks like a 2-horse race for top spot, perhaps don’t count out the Toronto Maple Leafs in 3rd. They are 7-3 in their last 10, and while a meeting with the Wild is tough, I like the Leafs on home ice.
I don’t usually like playing the same team twice in the same week, but it’s hard to bet against the Florida Panthers in their current run of form. Thursday night sees them host the Columbus Blue Jackets, which I believe means another win for the Panthers.
The Pittsburgh Penguins have cooled off a little of late, coming into the new week on a 2-game losing skid, while also going just 4-3-3 in their last 10. Still, they look like a good bet against the seriously slumping New Jersey Devils.
