NBA Week 19 Against the Spread Betting Picks for this Week’s Best Matches

NBA Week 19 Against the Spread Betting Picks for this Week’s Best Matches

While it’s a light NBA schedule this week due to the All-Star break, there’s plenty of intriguing and exciting matchups. The league returns on Thursday with nine games, including marquee matchups between the Denver Nuggets/Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors/Los Angeles Lakers.

Let’s take a look at some of the best games for your NBA ATS betting this week.

Against the Spread Betting Picks in Week 19 of the 2022-2023 NBA Season

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Toronto Raptors

When: Thursday, February 23
Where: Scotiabank Arena

Time: 7:30 PM ET
TV: NBA TV

The Toronto Raptors didn’t blow up their roster as expected before the deadline, instead opting to add much-needed rim protection in Jakub Poeltl. Toronto is pushing for the playoffs and should play close and competitive games from here on out.

The Raptors are 29-30 ATS this season, but 17-14 at home. New Orleans, meanwhile, is just 11-17-1 ATS on the road. Back Toronto here.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Utah Jazz

When: Thursday, February 23
Where: Vivint Smart Home Arena

Time: 9:00 PM ET
TV: NBA TV

OKC is a league-best 35-21-1 ATS this season and are an impressive 17-10-1 ATS on the road. The Jazz rank fourth in ATS standings at 33-25-2, but are surprisingly better at covering on the road; they’re 16-13-1 ATS at home this season.

OKC is 3-1 in its last four games and has taken down some tough teams: Denver, Los Angeles Lakers, and Portland Trail Blazers. Back the Thunder ATS on Thursday night.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Atlanta Hawks

When: Friday, February 24
Where: State Farm Arena

Time: 7:30 PM ET
TV: NBA TV

Cleveland, fourth in the East, is one of the hottest teams in the league with an 8-2 record in its last 10 games. Atlanta is trending the opposite direction, losing six of its last 10 and two in a row.

However, Cleveland hasn’t been a good road team this season. They’re just 13-17 away from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse and are only 12-17-1 ATS on the road. Atlanta is 12-15 ATS at home. Take the Hawks in their first game back from break.

Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors

When: Friday, February 24
Where: Chase Center

Time: 10:00 PM ET
TV: NBA TV

Houston isn’t necessarily must-watch TV, but there’s an opportunity here when betting ATS. The Rockets are 9-20-1 ATS on the road this season, which coincidentally enough is tied with the Warriors for last place. Golden State, however, is 17-12 ATS at home.

The Warriors are 22-7 overall at home and should have no problem covering against the Rockets, who have lost seven in a row, four of which have been by 19 points or more.

Indiana Pacers vs. Orlando Magic

When: Saturday, February 25
Where: Amway Center

Time: 7:00 PM ET
TV: NBA TV

Orlando is just 24-35 this season, but they’re one of the best teams ATS with a record of 33-25-1. They’re 17-12 ATS at home. Indiana, meanwhile, is 12-16 ATS on the road.

This will be the fourth meeting between the two teams. Indiana won two games at home, while the Magic beat the Pacers 126-120 at home on January 25. The Pacers were 2-8 heading into the break. Take the Magic ATS on Saturday.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks

When: Sunday, February 26
Where: American Airlines Center

Time: 3:30 PM ET
TV: ABC

Kyrie Irving meets LeBron James in a highly-anticipated matchup on Sunday. It’s also a must-win for the Lakers, as is almost every game at this point in the season.

The Lakers are just 13-13-2 ATS at home this season, but the Mavericks have been one of the worst teams ATS with a record of 22-36-2, including 12-19 on the road. LeBron will have added motivation in this game, so you can feel comfortable with the Lakers ATS.
