The National Football League Week 14 kicks off on Thursday when the Patriots tackle the Steelers. Then on Sunday, Dallas battles Philadelphia for the NFC East’s top spot.
Where did teams land in this week’s NFL Power Rankings? Keep reading to find out that missing edge that you need to understand this week’s NFL lines for the games.
NFL Week 14 Power Rankings Analysis | MyBookie Regular Season Preview
2023-24 NFL | 104th season of the National Football League
NFL Week 14: Thursday, December 6th – Monday, December 12th, 2023
32. Carolina Panthers 1-11
Sunday’s game versus the Saints could be a good chance for the Panthers to get win number two.
31. New England Patriots 2-10
The Patriots couldn’t beat the Bolts even though the D gave up just 6 points.
30. Washington Commanders 4-9
The Commanders will get Sam Howell injured beyond repair if they continue to allow multiple sacks every game.
29. New York Giants 4-8
The Giants rank slightly below the Jets. But that’s because the G-Men haven’t shown enough consistency.
28. New York Jets 4-8
The Jets are going back to Zach Wilson. Let’s see how that works out.
27. Chicago Bears 4-8
The Bears are playing decent ball. But the early season struggles have them ranking low.
26. Arizona Cardinals 3-10
The victory over the Steelers showed the Cards can play a playoff contender and come out the other side with a W.
25. Tennessee Titans 4-8
Will Levis is doing okay for a rookie. A bigger issue is the Titans’ porous defense and now Derrick Henry is hurt.
24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 5-7
Baker and the Bucs face Atlanta in a key NFC South clash on Sunday that could determine which team wins the division.
23. Las Vegas Raiders 5-7
The Raiders playing hard. They don’t enough talent to compete with the best teams in the league, though.
22. Los Angeles Chargers 5-7
The Chargers rank low because a 6-0 victory over New England doesn’t impress.
21. Minnesota Vikings 6-6
Joshua Dobbs threw 4 picks in the loss to the Bears. JD remains Minny’s top option at QB for Minnesota, which may spell disaster.
20. New Orleans Saints 5-7
The Saints were driving for a go ahead touchdown before Bruce Irvin planted Derek Carr into the turf. New Orleans failed to upset Detroit because Jameis Winston is a bad QB.
19. Cincinnati Bengals 5-7
Jake Browning completed over 86% of his passes against the Jags. Don’t be surprised if within 2 weeks the Bengals jump into our top ten.
18. Atlanta Falcons 6-6
Atlanta is in first place in the horrible NFC South. The Southern Birds must take care of business because the ATL is just a game ahead of the Saints and the Buccaneers.
17. Pittsburgh Steelers 7-5
If Kenny Pickett misses a lot of time, the Steelers season could be over.
16. Cleveland Browns 7-5
Joe Flacco played well in his first game in who knows how many years. Flacco could be the reason the Browns make the playoffs.
15. Indianapolis Colts 7-5
Sunday’s matchup against Cincinnati is key. If the Colts can beat the Bengals, they’d take a giant leap towards a playoff spot.
14. Seattle Seahawks 6-6
Seattle showed life in a close loss to Dallas in Arlington. The Seahawks could fall apart on the road against SF this week, though.
13. Los Angeles Rams 6-6
The Rams rank ahead of the Seahawks because in the first head-to-head, LAR got the win.
12. Denver Broncos 6-6
Denver had a chance to push their winning streak to 6, but the Texans prevailed. Sean Payton and Russell Wilson know they can still make the playoffs.
11. Buffalo Bills 6-6
The Bills face a must win this Sunday. Too bad Josh Allen and his mates face off against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
10. Green Bay Packers 6-6
Green Bay has won 3 in a row and 4-of-5. Jordan Love is playing great, and the defense has stepped up big time.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars 8-3
Trevor Lawrence is out this Sunday in a key matchup against the Browns. Jacksonville should struggle until TL returns.
8. Detroit Lions 9-3
The Lions were lucky to escape New Orleans with a victory. Detroit may not be so lucky on the road versus Chicago on Sunday.
7. Houston Texans 7-5
Houston ranks higher than Detroit, Jacksonville, and Green Bay because the win over Denver impresses more than anything those teams accomplished, or didn’t accomplish, last week.
6. Kansas City Chiefs 8-4
After a tough loss to the Packers in Green Bay, KC falls out of the top five. The Chiefs could jump back into the top five, but the Bills are desperate. So Patrick and his buds had better be ready.
5. Dallas Cowboys 9-3
Dallas is playing well. But the 41-35 win over Seattle makes us question how good the Boys’ D really is.
4. Philadelphia Eagles 10-2
Philly isn’t the only team that the 49ers have blown out this season. Until the Cowboys beat Jalen Hurts and the Eagles, and the Boys could on Sunday, Philadelphia remains ranked ahead of Big D.
3. Miami Dolphins 9-3
The Fins have proven their one of the better teams in the NFL. If Maimi is consistent, they could secure the AFC Playoff’s top seed.
2. Baltimore Ravens 9-3
Baltimore is playing great. The defense is on point. Lamar is rocking. Also, let’s not forget that John Harbaugh has won a Super Bowl.
1. San Francisco 49ers 9-3
Could the top team be anyone else? San Francisco entered Philadelphia and blasted the Eagles 42-19. When SF is on, no team can hang with Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel, and the rest.
